Summer Vacationers or Winter Snow Birds our beautiful beach condo offers you, your family and your friends year round "Forever Summer" in a comfortable, home like atmosphere. Our private walkway is a 1 minute walk to one of the least crowded ares of the beach. No streets to cross.

Escape the hustle and bustle and relax on the beach which is located just a few steps from our condo. Let Perdido Key's rhythmic emerald green waves totally relax you, as you sit comfortably on its soft, sugar sand white beach or on our Oversized balcony with cushioned chairs and high top dining table provide ocean views. Beach chairs and umbrella provided. We have put together two notebooks for you at the condo. One has everything you need to know about the property, our favorite restaurants, things to do in the area, nearby medical facilities, etc. and another notebook with brochures, maps, area magazines, etc.

Your day at the beach can include sunbathing, sleeping, reading, swimming, walking, running, surfing or parasailing. It’s you choice, it’s your vacation! Don't want sand in your toes or sea salt in your hair? Then feel free to enjoy the private swimming pool which is heated in the winter, a hot tub and a picnic area with charcoal grills.

Our condo sleeps five and features a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size pull out sofa sleeper and a recessed bunk bed in the hall. Our condo also offers you a washer and dryer, a well-stocked kitchen, two Roku TVs; 55inch in the living room and 42 inch in the master bedroom. Private/Secure Password Protected Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo.

Our condo is a top floor, corner unit with beautiful ocean views. The oversized L shaped balcony also has a view of the pool. Our fourth floor condo is easily reached by accessing the elevator in the private parking lot, in our gated community

Overall it was really good. I wish we had been a little closer to the beach. I loved the instruction and local suggestions manual. We still had a little trouble with the TV channels as the TVs were not set exactly as the manual said but we got there!

My sister and I just returned home after spending three nights at Grand Caribbean East (Forever Summer). We had a wonderful time! There is one elevator but it was fast and we didn’t ever have to wait long. The condo was decorated with comfortable furniture and beautiful framed pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. The king size bed was comfortable and the bunk beds were comfortable as well. The A/C kept us cool throughout the trip. Because our unit was on the corner of the building, we had an extra large “L” shaped balcony. The walk to the beach was a short one and gosh was the beach gorgeous and not crowded! We were under the impression that the condo was on the beach. The condo is not on the beach. The condo is on a pretty piece of property with green grass, picnic tables and BBQ Pits behind another condo. We could see small views of the beach between condos. Although the condo was not on the beach, we really enjoyed the quite peaceful area. We give the condo very high marks! Almost forgot to mention self check-in was hassle free. We did have a small problem finding the gate clicker and had to contact our host. Communication was prompt and the problem was solved quickly! Thank you for four enjoyable four days!

We had a perfect weekend getaway! The owners were very easy to communicate with and they were very attentive to our requests. The condo was decorated beautifully! I appreciated them placing a book in the condo with important info and their recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The property was very clean and very quiet. The pool was perfect! Loved it and we will be back!

This was my second time staying at this property. It is a clean, tidy, charming little place. I love that I can walk to the beach in a couple of minutes. And all the chairs and umbrellas are supplied! Yummy food close by too.

Easy and fun

Great little condo! If your kids are older or big for their age, the bunks may be a little small. We were there for a long weekend for a family reunion at the state park/beach pavilions down the street. Beach access was a quick walk down a private boardwalk behind the pool. Overall convenient and secure.

The beach decorations are beautiful. Nice updated kitchen and bath. The kitchen has everything you need. We usually cook almost every day. The condo is close to grocery and some restaurants which we like not having to drive very far to get places. Also, just down the street from Johnson Beach which is very beautiful!

Hosts are organized and helpful prior to stay. Condo is clean, colorful and beach! The Grand Caribbean East is a well kept area and great location! Quiet end of the beach! Kudos to the pool attendant- it was very clean and all outdoor common areas well kept! Loved our stay and hope to return soon!

Quaint and Cozy

We enjoyed our stay at this quaint and clean condo. The space was cozy and well-kept, which made it a comfortable place to relax. As a frequent traveler, I really appreciate when VRBOs include essentials like shampoo, soap (especially in convenient hotel-style dispensers), and beach towels. After a long day of traveling, it would have been nice to have these supplies ready instead of having to run out to purchase them. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but a few extra touches would have made it even better.

Was amazing. The only issues id say were with maintenance of the building in general. A few towels smelled really sour so we rewashed them upon our arrival. The light was out on the back patio. Which was fine for us because we didn't want to attract bugs. The gate was open 24/7 so not sure if it was broken, so we didnt need to have the gate clicker to get in and out like last time. We did leave a note for management when they came in to clean per the welcome letter. Again, the stay was amazing and we'd definitely go back again!! Maintenance and cleaning staff just need to dot their i's and cross their t's. Its just nit picky little things with them. Not the actual VRBO hosts. They are great. We'd definitely go a third time!

More issues than not.

We have stay at GCW and GCE many times since 2008. During the years that railing was being improved on the decks we stayed down the beach. Not our first rodeo. Three things stood out as a negative, the people using GCE seems to have gone down hill, from the negative and excessive rules to the rough people. I got stuck in the elevator four times. First thing I did was exit the evelator and was totally surprised by the fact that the stairs were boarded up. That is a violation of fire codes in most states! I was told that VRBO had not communiated collection of the second payment, thus we did not get the gate codes or the code for access to the condo in a confusing system until about an hour before 4:00pm. At no fault to the host or unit, I was hospitalized and we had a family emergency. Your privacy page will not accept my choices. We will work in the future with local company’s.

Perfect for small family
