Excellent Vacation Stay

Everything was excellent with the exception of the cleanliness of the shower. There was still remnants of the complimentary soap in the soap holder in the shower like it wasn’t properly cleaned. Everything else was immaculate. I would definitely stay there again.

Great get away!

This was a great get away and property experience. Price was unbeatable compared to similar properties. The ocean view was beautiful and the balcony was spacious. The unit is located very near the elevator, which we realized after booking and upon reading more reviews. It wasn’t as noisy given we stayed during the week schools started. We also brought a sound machine so it was no problem. Would stay here again. Especially loved the included chair service and free activities.

Yearly beach trip with my Bestie

We’ve stayed at Pelican Isle many times over the years. This condo is exactly like the photos shown. Downside is it’s right next to the elevator and unfortunately your bedroom is right there as well. The very early risers in the complex gave no thought to how very loud they where waiting for and getting on the elevators. That was a bummer every morning early!!! Based on that alone we are 50/50 on renting this unit again.

The 1 elevator that did work was slow,filthy and was not working properly. Really a shame; condo and location are perfect. The building elevator scary.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Pelican Isle for many years for our annual vacation. We love these condos and the wife and I have stayed in many of them. 410 is a very nice and comfortable unit completely renovated and is now our favorite. I do have only one issue and that is with the bed matress and for someone with back issues this matress made it very uncomfortable to sleep. When you first get in it is nice but after a few minutes you sink into a hole....and I'm not that big. Overall great though.

Weird visit but turned out good

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Checked into a nice clean room but AC was. Ot working.. stayed 1 night and moved to another unit. Brooks n Shorey took care of us as we relocated to a unit we had rented 1 year earlier. All was great for our visit. Pelican Isle has a problem with their elevators. Only 1 working and it malfunctioned part of 1 day and then as we were leaving to go home my son in law was stuck for awhile at 5:45 am. Only emergency # was 911 so reluctantly called n they came out. we walked up and down 3 flights of stairs to load our car. Pelican Isle HMO needs to get both elevators up and running safely. Only 1 worked in Jan when we were there.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beach was amazing. Ro om not so much. First thing the air was broken so we had to wait for that to get fixed. The leather couch was hard as a rock and peeling and an eye sore. The recliner was broken and made for some who is under 5’. Living room furniture def needs to be upgraded and more than just a straight back chair or broken chairs. The TVs in the bunk beds did not work.The TV in the bedroom only worked if you signed into your personal accounts. Needs more blankets for the room. There wasn’t any for the pull out couch.

(Except kitchen towels) we will definitely stay in this unit in the future.
