New Year Getaway

Such a perfect place to ring in the new year! The condo was exactly as described, but with some added Christmas decor, which was a fun surprise! It was very clean, cozy, quiet, and had everything we needed. Staying on the sound side was nice and peaceful, and with the beach being a short, easy walk, it really was the perfect place to stay!

Super stay!

We rented this property to see the Blue Angels show and found it to be a perfect location. Easy back and forth to beach, great amenities, quiet and secure property. Plenty of basic house supplies-trash bags, paper products etc. plenty of room. We had an amazing stay and hope to return!

Making memories with family

Amazing stay!

The place is meticulous and so clean!! They really think about everything! The host was amazing and so so accommodating to our request! The beach is literally across the street from the condo you can just walk. The pool is so spacious you feel like you’re the only person there. I cannot say enough awesome things about this place. If we ever go back to Pensacola, we will definitely be staying here. my family enjoyed their time immensely here!

Perfect New Year's Beach Vacation

We had a great stay here with my family for New Years! Our group was my family (3 teens) and my parents and we all enjoyed the beach, which was just a 5 min. walk away. Some of us also made use of the tennis court while there. The house was clean and plenty big for the 7 of us. We'd definitely stay again if in the area!

Restful and peaceful

It was such a wonderful place. Super clean and neat place with generous heart of host we could feel! Very convenient location to walk to the beach and nice pool and gym as well. Very quiet and peaceful! We definitely enjoyed and relaxed in this cozy house.

Absolute Perfection

We go to Pensacola Beach every year and we absolutely loved this condo! We had five adults add one child and this condo is so spread out it feels more like a home. The location is perfect if you’re like us and enjoy both the beach and the bay. We rented kayaks for our whole stay so we could kayak in the mornings and then hit the beach. Our host was amazing and super accommodating!!! Overall perfect spot for best best condo and location! Thank y’all so much for making our stay perfection!

Amazing Place!

The condo and the entire complex was great. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had 8 adults and it never felt crowded. The host was always quick to respond and you can tell how much they care about their place and keep it nice for guests. The location was the best too, a quick walk to the beach and Peg Leg Pete’s! We had a wonderful week!

We highly recommend this property!

Great location, walking distance from Peg Leg Pete's, our favorite restaurant on Pensacola Beach. There is a very nice view of the the sound side from the unit. The owner is conscientious and takes great pride in the care of this home which is evident in the tasteful coastal style of the décor and furnishings. We can't say enough good things about our experience.

Outstanding Property!

When we selected this property it was for our family's Christmas gathering. The location was awesome! I have learned that staying on the bay/sound side, is preferred because you can use your water toys more easily and not worry about the Gulf current/riptide. Plus the water on the bay is very clean and clear! I had super communication with this owner. She was very responsive, even on Christmas day. The unit had everything I needed in the kitchen for a large group and our special holiday meal! I communicated with the owner concerning having the necessities for our holiday meal and she assured me that they do the same with their family on another holiday. She was right! There were games provided which was so thoughtful! We were there during unprecedented freezing weather so we were inside all the time... and the games were awesome! There was also a pool table in the clubhouse that our gang got to use. It made for terrific memories. Our group got rowdy a lot during our stay AND blared the TV during a movie... never had a neighbor say anything though I felt like I should take them all some cookies ;-) Twin 14 yr old boys are never quiet! The unit is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The owner even placed Christmas decorations in the unit for us which was perfect! I cannot say enough good things about this unit and my communication with the owner. We had a splendid time!

Great Stay!

We had a fantastic week at this property! We did many activities in the Pensacola and Gulf Breeze area. We were very pleased with this condo and the friendly staff. It was just what we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for the week. It was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great Location , very clean!

We had a great stay at this Condo. The host was great and responded promptly. Check in and out was super easy. The location was walking distance to the pool and just a quick drive to the beach. The info ahead of time and pictures were accurate and told us exactly what to expect. We cooked meals at the property and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The air did seem to have a hard time keeping up in the bedrooms, but the living space was cold and their were fans provided in each room to help. We would stay at this property again!
