Kooky Coconuts July, 2025 Family Vacation

The entire family ages 3 to 67 had a great time at Kooky Coconuts in July, 2025. It was a very warm week so the swimming pool and beach being so close was very convenient. I would recommend it highly to friends and family.

Always enjoy staying at Lost Key, love the neighborhood pool and fitness center, and the shuttle to the Beach Club. This property was a good fit for our family, ranging from 70’s to 3 months. My DIL loved the baby closet! I’m sure we will be back again.

Family Vacation

We had 8 adults a three year old and 5 year old. Plenty of room for everyone, kids enjoyed legos and games. The bigger pool was with in walking distance and the on site bus would pick you up within 5 minutes of the call and take you to the pool, beach, golf course or beach club restaurant. All drivers were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Super cute townhouse

Patty was great! We had a few hickups but things were well taken care of. The decor in this unit is everything the pictures show. Thanks for a great stay!

Kooky, quaint, and family friendly!

The house is beautiful. Very clean and organized. So many fun things to utilize at this property. We have a large family and everyone was more than comfortable. We would love to stay again! Highly recommend!

Perfect for our crew!

This was the most precious place e we could’ve chosen to stay. I was let off it not being directly on the beach, but the shuttle was wonderful and the drivers were amazing. The condo was suited with everything for your needs and it was spacious. The best part was having a bathroom in every bedroom. The kids favorite part was riding bikes around the neighborhood. Patti was very quick to answer any question I sent her way. If I find myself in that area again, I’ll be booking it again.

Great vacation

Our trip in April 2023 was awesome. Communication was great, and the house was a perfect fit for us. The pool was a nice 5 minute walk, and the free shuttle to the beach was very convenient. The beach club restaurant and bathrooms were nice to have access to as well. We didn't get on the golf course, but maybe next time!

Kooky Coconuts 2024

We had a wonderful family vacation at Kooky Coconuts with my children and grandchildren.The amentites were great! There was enough space for all of us. Great family dinners and memories. The shuttle to the Beach Club was very convenient. And the Beach Club on the beach had good food and drinks as well as showers after the beach!

A Gem!

We absolutely loved staying here! It has the cutest aesthetic and is put together so well! The floor plan was exactly what we needed. Love that each room has its own bathroom. It was clean and well maintained. All the community ammenities were so nice. The shuttle was prompt and super convenient. Will definitely be returning!

Great stay

We stayed at Kooky Coconuts with my family of 4, my parents and my brother’s family of 3 and really enjoyed our stay. The home was comfortable and we loved the big living room/kitchen space, as we enjoyed cooking and hanging out together each evening. We did not find a need for the golf cart, since you can’t really park down at the beach club and using the beach shuttle is easy. The chair/umbrella service was such a nice perk at the beach, too. Already missing the beach!

We enjoyed our stay. Everyone had a lot of fun. The only negative is the distance to the beach seemed farther than what was in the info. We had an 80 year old with us who couldn't walk the distance. I know there was a shuttle bu d to the beach

Great Vacation House!

This beach house is everything it is described to be. The house fit everyone perfectly and is well cared for and maintained. It literally has the perfect layout for families. We traveled with four adults, five teenagers and two children, and everyone was very happy with their rooms and accommodations. I would highly recommend this home to anyone! We enjoyed the golf cart and the kids could bike or walk to the pool and the tennis courts. The private beach is right beside the public beach, so if you really wanted- you could go to the public beach with a cooler (if you didn't want to forgo bringing your own snacks and drinks down to the beach), which we did on one of the days. The other days we really enjoyed the private beach because there were chairs and umbrellas provided (first come first serve). The shuttle was SUPER quick to get to you. We never had a wait when we called. It really did feel like resort living. Also, there are some good restaurants really close to you, so you do not have to travel far if you want to get dressed up and go out to eat. I also personally liked how private the neighborhood is and I felt like my younger kids could go ride the bikes in the cul-de-sac safely (the house isn't in the cul-de-sac, but it is on the same road as a cul-de-sac). The teenagers could come and go on the shuttle, which was super convenient if some wanted to go back to the room and some wanted to stay on the water. I would definitely rent this place again. It was truly a dream
