Thank you so much for staying with us! We hope you love the home. This property is managed for a homeowner who values the home very much. Our hope is that you will treat it like your own. Primary renter must be 21 years of age or older. Please limit the occupants to the maximum allowed and please no parties. Unauthorized guests exceeding the limit will lead to the cancellation of your reservation. No smoking inside the home. Smoking is permitted outdoors but all waste must be removed prior to your departure. POOL KEY FOBS are hanging on a hook near the entrance under the stairs. No more than 6 guests are allowed in the pool area, pickleball courts, bocce ball, or other community amenity areas - NO pets in the common areas. Community area hours are 7am-7pm. Please only park in the driveway or garage. Do not park in the grass. Feminine products and wet wipes must not be flushed or additional plumbing charges may apply. Pet Fee is $100. Trash pickup is on Wednesdays. Cans may only be on the street Tuesday evening and must be pulled in by Wednesday evening. Following your booking, you will receive a link to complete the check-in form and rental agreement required to finalize your reservation. Otherwise, enjoy your stay. Let us know if you need anything!

My family enjoyed our vacation and stay here at this location! Very quiet and serene environment! Thoroughly impressed at how responsive and communicative the owner was during our stay! There were a couple things we felt could have been in order before arriving, such as the outside garbage bin being full and the backyard being a bit unclean, but that was handled the moment we brought it to the owner’s attention! Would recommend this place to anyone!

Our family of 6 were very comfortable in this home and it's beautiful. Beds are comfy, nice fenced in area for fur babies and a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay and the host was friendly and quick to answer any questions i had.

Great place

Wonderful updated home in nice quiet neighborhood. Few miles to the beach. Great pool in the neighborhood. Kids loved walking to the boat dock everyday to look at the water and boats. Host was extremely quick with communication.

Spring break get away.

We stayed for 8 nights and had a great time. We loved the proximity to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool a lot and played pickleball everyday. If you play pickleball a lot the court is a bit weird to get used to but it was fun to have it right by the house.The beds were very comfortable which is always a plus! The host was great with the few questions we had. We were so thankful for our pets to be able to join us. We travel with a Silver Lab and a kitty. Both are great pets so it was nice to have a place that allowed them to be there. The only thing that was a minus for us was the couch was a bit dirty with sand and needed swept and the couch on the back patio was a bit mildew smelling. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay.
