Put away the phone and take it all in!

This property was perfectly furnished. The very comfortable bed, couch and reclining chair was exactly what I was looking for. The bidet was a level up! Wait until you get a load of the view! Wake up early and look East and catch the sunrise. It is absolutely stunning. I would love to stay here again! Thank you to the gracious hosts!

Beautiful view and relaxing vacation

The condo was nice and kitchen provided all appliances most could ever want. Short walk to the beach. Our March stay was a little cool and windy with a double red flag day, but we really enjoyed our relaxing stay, close restaurants and local golf. We hope to return in the future and look forward to seeing the results of the new pool area decking that had been torn out for renovation.

THE CONDO IS DECORATED BEAUTIFULLY, VERY BEACHY. WE ARRIVED EARLY AND WERE ALLOWED TO ENTER 2 HOURS BEFORE REGULAR CHECK-IN...NICE! CONDO HAD ALL THE NECESSARY ITEMS FOR THE FIRST DAY. THE BED WAS A SPONGE-TYPE WHICH WE DON'T CARE FOR, BUT THAT IS AN INDIVIDUAL VALUE. THE RECLINER WAS BROKEN WHEN WE ARRIVED AND NO EFFORT MADE TO REPLACE IT OR REPAIR WHILE WE WERE THERE. ONLY HAS A SOFA AND THE RECLINER SO HAD TO USE SOFA ALL WEEK. THE VIEW AND BALCONY WERE WONDERFUL. HIGHLIGHT OF THE TRIP. LOCATION IS A BIT FAR FROM PENSACOLA FOR US. NOT A LOT OF RESTAURANTS/SHOPPING WITHOUT DRIVING 15-20 MILES ONE WAY. AGAIN, A PERSONAL PREFERENCE. ALL IN ALL, AN EXCELLENT PLACE FOR A SHORT GETAWAY.

Restful retreat

The property was well maintained, clean and had all of the conveniences of home. The condo is nicely decorated and newly renovated. There wasn’t anything that we needed for the week that wasn’t available for us. The location is great. There are lots of places to eat close by. We had a great stay!

Clean & Comfortable condo with great view

The condo unit itself was clean & comfortable - gave 4 stars only because the overall building is in the process of being painted and other renovations. That detracted from our overall experience but understand that it is necessary & will be nice when finished I am sure.

Beautiful and Cozy

Beautiful, cozy condo in the perfect location! Not too crowded and walking distance from several nice restaurants. Condo was equipped with everything needed for our quick little trip. We will definitely book this condo again in the future. There were some building renovations going on, but that didn't bother us. Can't wait to see how nice it will be when completed.

Perfect Get Away

We originally looked at Destin, but found this little gem instead and so glad we did! The unit was clean, had all the kitchen utensils needed to cook so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal, had an amazing shower, and was on a beach that was not overly crowded. Food and other activities all around. We had a blast! We did have to buy outlet covers at Walmart for our nearly 2 yo who is pretty curious, but we didn’t mind. We left them there for the next family. Owners were responsive. One of the best features was having a washer and dryer in the unit (except the view of course which was AMAZING) so we could wash clothes and towels daily - super helpful with 3 little ones. Owners were responsive. Pool was great when we didn’t want to deal with sand. Definitely recommend!

This property checked all the boxes for a great stay for my husband and I. We were able to enjoy breakfast on the balcony and end the day with the moonlight shimmering off the water. It was stocked with everything we needed.

Beautiful condo on the beach

We loved this condo. It was beautifully decorated & very comfortable. Great location in Perdido Key. Close to Pensacola or Gulf Shores/Orange Beach Love the smaller condo complex right on the beach. Perfect for a couple or family. We hated to leave!

Incredible view, relaxing stay

Overall the property was very nice and we enjoyed our stay very much especially having coffee in the mornings on the balcony. Cleanliness received 5 stars, but it appears that previous guests must have had some sort of celebration and we found a lot of confetti on the pull-out couch that needed to be vacuumed, but other than that, the condo was very clean. No big deal - just a mention for property managers. The description received 4 stars because yes, there are bunk beds, however, they are not even full-sized twin mattresses so a grown teen or adult can not sleep on those beds without their legs hanging off the end of the bed (a notation in the description would be good for future guests). I will say that the bunk beds would be great and fun for small kids (less than 4 feet tall). So, I am glad that the couch was a sleeper couch. Also, there is no central AC so guests have to keep the doors to the bedroom and living room open for airflow into the hallway, where the bunk beds are located, from the AC units on both ends of the condo. Overall, our stay was very relaxing. I would recommend this property to others.

Wonderful vacation!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in Perdido Key last week. This property is beautiful, comfortable and has everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. Easy access to the beach, lots of great restaurants nearby, fun activities, etc. Parking was never a problem. We had a great time and hope to return and stay longer next time!!

Anniversary trip

Loved Windemere! Pool area, lobby and elevators kept very clean and smelling good. Parking was tight leading to upper garage and parking spots. Our particular condo was penthouse 1507. Very nice decor and clean. We did notice the light colored fabric on dining room chairs and couch arms could use a steam cleaning. But we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
