This is a charming and unique property. Everything was extremely clean, and well thought out. It’s a bit quirky in that there is no front desk but rather you receive codes to access your room. Where I struggled is that my room was a “Pilar” room, that felt like I was staying in the basement. Not the kind of spot you want to be for several days. Additionally, the mandatory 10:00am checkout time was frustrating and awkward (I travel a lot and have never seen this from a hotel). Overall, hard to justify the premium price they charge.

Loved the decor but the building seems older so the plumbing wasn’t the best. I also hated the fact the parking space was so limited. Overall the staff was great and responsive.

We stayed two nights. Here is my good and bad, beware I’m picky. Checking in requires a code for the exterior, liked that it helps with safety. Not having a person there to offer help was odd. Our room was on the first floor, with a door to the adjoining room and a room directly above. The walls and ceiling and doors are thin. We could hear the conversation in the next room, we heard the upstairs neighbors. The room itself is adorable. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. A few stains on the trim and the bathroom door. The instant coffee and tea and kettle was nice. Loved the water bottle and the lobby/library area offered plenty of extra coffee/tea/creamer options and a water spigot. Brother Fox, the restaurant is INCREDIBLE. It was so good. The food, drinks, atmosphere all were top notch. It’s a must and reservations are suggested. There is also a speakeasy, we didn’t go because there was a line but it looked cool. We sent a text to housekeeping asking for a toothbrush and extra pillows. Return text took a bit, said no extra pillows but will drop a toothbrush and it never happened. Overall I probably wouldn’t stay there again, but it is a great location, safe and the room was pretty nice. Just prefer a little more quiet. Will for sure return to the restaurant.

A lovely place to stay

I had a 2 night stay at Lily Hall and am already planning a return. The room was lovely and well-thought out with great decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was very clean. The location was central to tons of things to do in Pensacola. The staff was very communicative and although not a traditional method of checking in, it was very clear and easy to use and understand. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Best Property in Pensacola

Absolutely stunning property, in a great location. Everything was perfect during our stay. Especially enjoyed the refillable water and coffee/tea location. The owners have truly thought of every small detail from the iHome charging station to the Bluetooth record player. Sister Hen and Brother Fox are amazing additions and I can’t wait to come back and experience Cousin Wolf. I will recommend this property to everyone I know.

May be Boutique but not service.

Hotel decor is very nice. Has resturaunt and bar onsite. Speakeasy is so much fun and great bartenders. No on site staff. No one picks up the trash or cleans the cups, resupplies coffee station or TP. Had to get TP and towels on my own. Not impressed.
