As I type this the smoke alarm chirps persistently and the smell of enamel paint is horrible. The in room coffee pot does not work and the fridge froze our food and milk solid. The curtains are hanging half off the rod, and the blow dryer doesn’t work… sleepless night and awful early morning…

The staff was friendly but the hotel was dirty, run down, elevator did not work, doors did not work, clothes in large, dirty pile by front door, carpets stained, smelled like cigarettes.

Nasty outdated hotel. However, the concierge was tolerable. I will not come here again.

I was given a room on the 3rd floor, no problem. However it was on a floor that was under construction. Dust, dirt was everywhere. Even the door to my room (310) was covered with mildew/mold/black covered. I was disappointed and on my next visit to PNS, I will probably stay at another hotel.

The room had bugs (nats) in the bathroom. I reported the issue to the front desk next morning but when I came back to the room that night, nothing had been done & there was still bugs in the bathroom. Never will stand at that hotel again.

This is an old property that they are trying to refurbish. Bed was comfortable but otherwise the place is pretty much a dump. Elevators are outside and do not have handicap access. No soap or shampoo in my room. No WiFi access. Not recommended at all.
