Really enjoyed the home! It was well-stocked with lots of supplies and toiletries that aren't always available at other rentals. Downtown location was perfect for what we needed this trip. Very easy access to the interstate and not too far from beaches! Would stay again.

We stayed here with our kids and extended family. Very kid friendly. This home was clean, comfortable and well stocked. It had everything we needed and more. Communication was great and we would love to stay here again in the near future. Highly recommend!

Perfect Downtown Rental

We have zero complaints about our stay. This place is set up for a family to enjoy but would also be great for just a couple. My personal favorites were the back fenced area to eat meals, the upper balcony at night, the restaurants and shopping nearby, and the direct line of communication with the owners.

Blue Angels Weekend

I was incredibly pleased with the property. First, it was well stocked with dishwasher pods, garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and laundry pods. There was also an abundance of spices, cooking sprays, etc. So many places just provide the bare minimum. There was also a basket with candy, popcorn, and coffee pods. It was such a nice touch. The neighborhood was very cute with a lots of cafes and coffee shops around. We traveled for the Blue Angels Homecoming show with our 14 year old son and 4 of his friends. They found an indoor skate park down the street they loved. Bill was extremely easy to contact and very quick to respond to messages. I would definitely recommend this property!

21st birthday shenanigans

The Wright home was super clean and comfortable. We had a small family get together to surprise my daughter that attends UWF for her 21st birthday. The property is centrally located. About 15 minutes to UWF, and about 15 minutes to the beach. Bill and Mindy are wonderful hosts and we would definitely stay at one of their homes again. I definitely recommend

The Wright Place was the right (perfect) place for us!

The home was lovely (clean, well maintained and modern), accommodating 4 adults and 2 children perfectly as everyone had their own bedroom. The kitchen was well appointed and if this had been a typical stay for us would have been a nice place to prepare and enjoy meals but we were in town for a weekend wedding so besides breakfast we ate out. The neighborhood was relatively quiet despite being near highways and RR tracks (only noticed a train once during the day). The location was perfect, we walked to all the festivities which took place in the historic downtown area. Would definitely consider another stay in the future. Thank you Bill and Mindy for a great stay in Pensacola!

Exceeded expectations

The house Exceeded expectations. There were 10 of us all adults and we were all comfortable and had a godd time. The kitchen was great for hanging out with everybody. The interior was nice and clean. The End Of The Line Cafe 2 doors away is delicious.

Perfect place in a perfect location

The Wright Place was exactly what we needed for our family visit to Pensacola. The house is very clean and tidy, equipped with everything you could possibly need, is in a fantastic location near lots of food and entertainment options, and the hosts are super helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this for others.

Perfect for families

We loved the space and all the little touches that not only made it feel like home, but helped entertain our little ones and keep them safe, too! There was a baby gate on the stairs, a baby seat for the kitchen, a crib, toys, a children’s Bible, and noise machines in every bedroom. We stayed with another family and the space was comfortable for the 9 of us all together. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Christmas in Pensacola

This was the perfect spot for our family to gather for Christmas. We had family from Tampa, Michigan and California meet to spend time with family that lives in Milton. The location was perfect; we were able to walk downtown and enjoy Winterfest, and we were able to eat meals together. Parking was never a problem, and there is a cute coffee shop 2 houses away that was convenient and had great coffee. There are ample dishes, utensils, and cookware. There is even a crockpot, which was helpful when feeding the whole family. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was great. Overall we loved the house and all of the features. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this property. It is perfect for a large group or just a couple.

A definite do-over

Besides being very clean and in an excellent location, the little things that the owners have in place for guests makes this class act hard to follow. There was a basket of keurig products and snacks for our use, which was a nice touch. The kitchen housewares were stocked for any type of food preparation and the extra trash bags, etc, were helpful. We were able to walk to all the activities that we had planned for the weekend and felt safe in the surrounding neighborhoods. The owner communicated the house rules and expectations well before the trip and called personally about the door code he had struggled with earlier in the day. This is my second stay in this property and neither time was I disappointed. A definite do-over.

Beautiful house close to the beach

The house was beautiful and well stocked. Great for multifamily stay! Super close drive to the beach. Owners made sure they we easy to reach although we had no issues with the house.
