Sketchy people walking the balconies asking for money. Found fresh puke on the underside of couch cushions when we went to pull the couch bed out. The staff was great but less than ideal if you have kids with you.

Towels super thin and not clean. One had lipstick and long hair on it. Usually these hotels are cleaner than this one. Maybe it was just this room. Also, the door had been smashed in and didn’t seal well, so I didn’t feel the safest.

This property call me when I was on my way to the hotel exactly one hour from it they call me at 11:20 telling me I had to pay the money off my card when the site clearly said pay at hotel and plus we couldn’t even put the money on the card no banks down there and the one bank that did went through said we had to wait on top of all that I been booked the room and she called me on the day we had one hour before getting there then she gonna say well you have until 12 how is that possible they have traffic red lights and no banks

Dear Guest It is hotel policy to charge you card the day of arrival. This guarantees your room for the night.We are sorry that you could not find a bank. I googled banks and there are 20 different banks within 5 miles of our hotel.

the bathroom was big but the bathtub needed sticky stuff in it cause it was a little slippery but other than that it was a great stay and will be back

The place was moldy smelled horrible bathroom was dirty clogged sink , no blankets even when asked at the front desk . Stained towels overall horrible place

Could have been better.

Pros: I did like that I was able to get a bottom room because my mother is up in age and doesn't do stairs well.
Cons: New carpet and sofa and office chair steamed cleaned. Plugs that had a tight hold for what you plugged in.
Location: The only two things that was in a short driving distance was a McDonald and a waffle house. Two places a diabetic shouldn't be eating.
The hotel was good for the weekend getaway we did. but was very disappointed when i found out there wasn't a coffee pot in the room. and when asked about it they said they had coffee in the mornings for a couple hours. I'd like to have coffee in my jammies in my room before I have to go out that day. The carpet was slimy feeling. And the room reeked of smoke when we first got there. I Lysoled the whole room. Now I understand this isn't the Hilton but you could still take pride in the rooms you have. also in the bathroom the ceiling in the shower looked redone or repaired... could of sanded and painted a little better. They also didn't supply enough towels and when asked for more was only given 2 more and then was asked if I had just checked in... why does that relate to if I need towels or not? One good thing is that they had hungry Howies menu and they had fast delivery and very good. Oh one other thing.. there was a fly in my room the whole weekend. Also the love seat in the room smelled and felt not 100% cleaned, the office chair as well. It as if the sofa and the office chair had a film on them and had not been deeply cleaned in quite some time.
