Wonderful beach and ocean view! It was perfect weather especially for Christmas time. Unseasonably warm but we aren’t complaining. :) The location was perfect - just far enough away from all the restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Our family loved our stay here! Very clean and the host was very good with communicating to make sure everything was okay. We loved having a beach view from the balcony. We will be returning!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Excellent communication from the owner. We did not encounter any problems with anything in the condo during our entire stay. Very clean and up-to-date. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect get away

Enjoyed a couple days in the beach ate grape food watch the blue Angels fly by and practice. Water was perfect. Sand was perfect.

Great Little Place!

This property is well kept and maintained with an amazing view! You are literally seconds from the beach and minutes from some great restaurants. I hope to visit this part of Pensacola again and hope to stay at this cozy condo. Very beautiful!

Delightful!

Perfect sunrise/sunset views from the balcony! Easy access to the beach and close to restaurants and shops without being right in the hubbub. Quiet and laid back area. Makes for a very relaxing beach getaway!

Just what we needed!

We had a “girls week” and had the best time! The condo was nicely equipped and the view was amazing! We enjoyed breakfast, lunch and happy hours on the balcony! Sunrise and sunsets! Just perfect!

Family Getaway

We met up with our grown children and their growing young families! The 2 condos and their view of the beach were spectacular! Our kiddos were not ready to go home, so I’d say we hit the mark! Thank you for the perfect home away from home experience!

Beautiful view, clean and comfortable

Beautiful beach front view! This condo has everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation comfortably! Updated kitchen, baths, furniture, and decor. Located close to many restaurants, activities, and stores, but doesn’t feel crowded on the beach at all! Saw dolphins and rays swimming by, right from the deck, and from the beach. Will definitely be returning here again.

Rundown furniture, poor pillows, unit on third floor, locks not customary on door and no lock on door to patio (just a stick in crack). Tv access only for folks that don’t use cable at home. Contract you have to sign before they accept your reservation is oppressive. Beach access is good.

You can’t beat right on the beach

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s right on the beach so you can’t ask for more. You are on the third floor so there are some stairs, but to be honest I didn’t mind them, they made me feel a little better after eating all the yummy food! I would caution those who have small children and have to lug several things to and from the beach. We really enjoyed it though and hope you do too.

Perfect Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villas on the Gulf. Check in was easy, condo was clean and tastefully decorated. Very pleased with the communication with owner. The view was breathtaking. Condo fully equipped. It is on the top floor, so you have 2 flights of steps. But its worth it!

Beautiful

This condo is beautiful. Updated with a beachy vibe, the air conditioner worked great and the view was spectacular. The only thing I would suggest is more instructions on dead bolting the door when leaving the condo. We were not familiar with the process. The on call manager answered our call and had someone right up to help. Managent team was amazing.

Nice place

The remodel is beautiful. Floors, countertops and bathrooms are very nice! Beach access is great. Access to restaurants and shopping is excellent. Only issues and reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is no bathroom rugs, poor toaster, found multiple hairs in both bathrooms and only had Roku tv. Husband couldn’t watch his college football. Also noteworthy, beds were comfortable and last but not least make sure you note it is on the third floor with no elevator. And if you are bringing in groceries plus your bags, it takes multiple trips. :-)
