This exceptional waterfront 2 Bed / 2 Bath condo has everything you need without the hectic crowds. Situated at the west end of Pensacola Beach, adjacent to Ft. Pickens state park. You'll have 11 miles of basically private beach at your disposal. The sugary, white sands of the Gulf are steps away, across the street. Two balcony's to enjoy watching the dolphins, kite surfers and so much more. Updated and very clean. 2 story with stairs inside unit, elevator located directly in front of where you park. (2 covered spaces) Note: Palm Beach Club’s HOA rules prohibits short term renters from bringing pets.

This property was a great find! It’s located at the quiet end of the barrier island. The plus is that you have a calm, bayside view on the balcony side and the Gulf just across the street.
