We had a wonderful stay and loved the house. It was well furnished with everything we needed and was very clean. The location was just a short walk to the beach. The host was very responsive to our questions and quick to take care of any of our concerns. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely love to be back.

What a great house! Host was very welcoming and helpful. Answered questions right away and addressed any concerns as well. Amenities were VERY good. There were a lot of things in the house that helped us during our stay - from simple things like kitchen amenities (aluminum foil, coffee filters) to laundry detergent.

Wonderful place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach, which made it so easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The house itself had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, and we really appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was with all the supplies we needed. One of our favorite parts was the rooftop area—perfect for morning coffee or watching the sunset in the evening. We would definitely stay here again!

A Beach Lover's Paradise

We had my son's engagement cookout and the venue could not have been more PERFECT! The host was very communicative, very responsive and accommodating. The views are stunning, ocean view one way, the bay the other way. The home is very well decorating with anything you could possibly need. The location of the home is also great. I ABSOLUTELY would stay at this property again.

First time in country visit

I live here locally, but we had family coming in from Central America who had never been to the US. We all had a wonderful Christmas vacation at this property and it was perfect for everything we needed. Especially the living room space with the kitchen. It was perfect and open for everything we did activity wise in the house together. If you are looking for that space and places to sleep for the whole family. This is the spot.

Wonderful vacation during Labor day weekends

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, well equipped, and spotless clean. The location is convenient. 1-2 minutes walk to the backyard beach, we didn’t have to cross the street to get to the beach. The beach is clean and not too crowded. Short drive to pensacola beach town and Fort Picken.

This property is fantastic. We walked in and were pleasantly surprised that it was better than what it looked like in the pictures.
