South Harbour is 4A is a spectacular end unit condo in South Harbour Condos on Pensacola Beach. This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is perfect for your beach vacation. The master has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and an adjacent full bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed that has a queen size sleeper and an electric fireplace. This units sleeps a maximum of 6 people. South Harbour is conveniently located in the hub of Pensacola Beach with the Intracoastal to the East, the Gulf of Mexico to the South, and Little Sabine Bay to the west. Walk to many of the local eateries and retail shops, bike your way down the bike path to explore the island from one end to the other or hop on the trolley for a fun island experience. South Harbour is the best place to enjoy the Blue Angels and fireworks year-round. The large dining area opens onto a spacious balcony, perfect for morning coffee, lounging or evening cocktails. You can even see dolphins that frequent the area! And just a short walk to the Gulf, shopping, dining and fishing pier.

This Condo was the best and exceeded our expectations. We loved everything about the condo, sunsets and the location were the top reasons why we loved it. The condo was very clean and cozy. What a great surprise when we saw that the master bathroom was updated with a walk-in shower and not a bathtub! When we first arrived we had a few questions, which they responded back within 5 minutes. We will be booking this again next winter!

This was absolutely the best we have stayed in Pensacola Beach. The views were stunning especially at sunset. The condo was very clean and well decorated. Easy check in and out process. Location was outstanding. We could walk across the street to the beach and almost all the restaurants and shops. We will absolutely stay at this rental the next time we visit.

Excellent condo with all you need

The condo is excellent the view is amazing. It is well cared for, clean, organized and all details have been thought through. The location is perfect you can walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants we never had to get in our car. The pool was a plus for our kids. We plan to visit again in the future.

Every Detail Thought Of

We truly enjoyed staying here. The condo is so pretty and its so well equipped. Plus the location is great as there are many restaurants, and shopping within walking distance. The beach is across the street, and I loved the views from every room. Everything was really clean and looks like it was recently renovated. The only improvement I would suggest is the quality of the mattresses since we found them hard.

When you don't know where to stay in Pensacola.. STAY HERE! Here are the top reasons why this condo is the best one we've stayed in: 1. CLEAN! OH MY GOSH! Clean furniture, carpet, floors, counters, appliances, bathrooms, balcony, EVERYWHERE! So incredibly clean!!! 2. BEDS- OH MY GOODNESS! Such great mattresses! Clean! Comfy! Perfectly firm and soft combo! Great quality! 3. BATHROOMS- WOW! So many towels! The cabinets are full of thick-soft towels! They also provide beach/pool towels! 4. KITCHEN- EVERYTHING YOU NEED! All types of glasses, paper cups, paper towels, dish soap, plates, cookware, even coffee K-cups are provided! They also had a huge Sam's cooler bag to take to the beach! The kitchen was so nice! 5. LAUNDRY- The washing machine and dryer were top notch and large! 6. SIZE- This condo is HUGE! The bedrooms are large, with fantastic closets! The closets are full of hangers too! 7. BALCONY- The balcony is big and has such great furniture! We loved sitting out there watching the sunset over the bay and the sailboats! 8. LINENS- SO MANY! There are so many extra pillows and blankets! 9. SECURITY- We had a code to get our vehicle in the fenced property, a code for the entrance to the elevator, and a code to get in our room. 10. MANAGEMENT- They were so easy to communicate with! Very professional, accommodating, and kind! 11. LOCATION- We love the central location! We could WALK to the restaurants, go shopping, go to the pier, go to the beach, everything!
