For a quiet stay with family or friends (sleeps 10), magnificent detached house with SPA, perfectly equipped, bright and spacious 160 m2 in a very quiet area, ideally located 70 m from the sea (Anse du Viben).

A 5-minute walk from Pors Carn beach and its surf schools, not forgetting the beach hut "Chez Marie Cath" and the restaurant "Tom Café".

We have other lodgings such as the Men Menez lodging ad 1875966.

Very bright house with quality services: pellet stove, fitted kitchen with granite worktop, terraces upstairs and in the garden.

The house has 4 bedrooms including a master suite upstairs with a sea view balcony.

The main room located upstairs is served by an elevator and stairs.

Each bedroom has a bathroom area.

Two private parking spaces and a charging station for electric vehicles (7KW).

You are 5 minutes' walk from the beach of Pors Carn la Torche, a beach that will allow you to learn or improve your water sports.

Located at the southern tip of Finistère with its large sandy beaches, ports, rocks, churches and chapels, you can relax there. Many activities are available to you: hiking trails either on foot or by bike, will take you to the beaches, ports, the Eckmuhl lighthouse.

We stayed at this wonderful house for two weeks with our four kids (11-16 years old) and had such a great time. The house has everytgibg you could possibly think of. All of the bedrooms were spacious with good sized beds. Very large and modern kitchen with excellent appliances. Short walk to the beach with pristine blue water. Our daughter didn’t want to leave…

Sehr schönes Haus, ruhig gelegen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt ende Mai 2025 bis Anfang Juni 2025. Strandnah und trotzdem ruhiger gelegen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Lediglich in Bad in der oberen Etage haben Steckdosen gefehlt für den Fön. Sonst super perfekt. Ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Ein Traumhaus mit unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer

Bereits wenn man in die Nähe dieses wunderschönen Hauses kommt, kann der Urlaub beginnen. Bei einer persönlichen Führung wurden uns die wichtigsten Dinge erklärt und beschrieben. Bei der ersten Erkundung stellt man fest, dass alles perfekt ist. Durch einen kleinen Pfad gelangt man direkt zur Küste mit einer atemberaubendemn Kulisse. Schade, dass wir nur eine Woche hier verbringen konnten. Die Kommunikation mit Marina und Jerome war vorbildlich. Bomben kurzer Zeit wurde jede Frage beantwortet. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt.

Naturerlebnis mit Traumhaus

Jerome hat uns am Anreisetag sehr nett in das schöne Ferienhaus eingewiesen. Die Austattung ist hochwertig und der Saugroboter eine sehr gute Lösung für das vermehrte Sandaufkommen. Den Aufzug haben wir nur für das Gepäck am An- und Abreisetag benutzt. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Den Whirpool haben wir auch mehrmals genossen.Die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Wir lieben die Bucht. Farbspektakel und tagsüber Schmetterlinge in den Dünen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zwei kleine Manko, keine Steckdose im Bad zum Föhnen und Türen klappern bei Durchzug, da keine Gummibänder in den Türen sind. Haben wir mit Papier geköst. Betten

Schönes gute gelegenes Haus mit allem was man braucht

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem Haus- es ist sauber, ziemlich neu, die Einrichtung ist Geschmackvoll und praktisch. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Sehr schöne Küche, ruhige Nachbarschaft, schöner kleiner Garten und Jacuzzi. Sehr sehr netter Vermieter mit vielen Tipps.

Ruhiges Haus mit allem erdenklichem Komfort…

Ein Haus das einem alles bietet! Man hätte Direktheit einziehen können. Als Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten ist der Ort hervorragend geeignet. Egal ob Baden, Surfen, Segeln, Wandern, Sport treiben oder auch einfach mal nichts tun. Von hier kann man all diese machen. Die Aussicht und das Rauschen des Meeres waren beeindruckend. Wir fühlten uns komplett wohler…. Auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.

Tolles Haus

Wir waren zu 5 Freunden für 3 Wochen in diesem wirklich schönen Haus und haben uns auch bei Regenwetter sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und gepflegt. Ein- und Auschecken verlief völlig problemlos und nach unseren Wünschen. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Wir fahren seit 20 Jahren über Weihnachten/Silvester in die Bretagne und haben in dieser Zeit auch 20 Ferienhäuser dabei gesehen... dieses gehört zu den Top3! Angefangen mit der Lage (wenige Schritte zum Meer, einige weiter zum Strand), über die durchdachte Renovierung (Küche und Wohn-/ Essbereich im OG, was Meerblick ermöglicht) und die vielen Helferlein (Pelett-Kamin, Aufzug für meinen gehbehinderten Vater, Saugroboter, offene Küche) bis hin zur freundlichen Betreuung durch Jerome. Einzig der Garten ist etwas klein geraten... aber unser Hund hat mir gesagt: "Es genügte mir, denn die Dünen waren ja in zwei Minuten erreichbar." :-) Fazit: Klare Empfehlung!!

Erholsame Woche in Penmarch

Sehr schönes Haus in absolut ruhiger Lage, stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Haus war sehr sauber und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Wir (4 Erwachsene, Hund) haben die Nähe zum Meer geschätzt, die Möglichkeit, mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern kleine Touren zu machen oder auch nur Croissants im Ort zu besorgen, aber auch die kleinen, zu Fuß erreichbaren Restaurants wie TomCafé oder Chez Marie-Cath sind empfehlenswert. Auf dem Balkon kann man entspannt den Tag ausklingen lassen. Den Whirlpool haben wir bei dem warmen Wetter nicht genutzt, auch nicht den Weber Holzkohlegrill, der den abgebildeten Elektrogrill ersetzt hat. Jérôme ist ein sympathischer Gastgeber, der uns freundlich in alles Nötige eingewiesen hat und für Anfragen immer schnell zur Verfügung stand. Auch der Check-out verlief nach Absprache komplikationslos.

Schöner Urlaub in toller Lage

Wir waren 2 Familien mit je 2 Kindern zwischen 9 und 16 Jahren, die Ihren Sommerurlaub in diesem schönen und hellen Haus verbracht haben. Dieses neue Haus bietet viel Platz, ist modern und komfortabel eingerichtet und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. An den Regentagen war der Kamin ein Highlight. Den Außen-Whirlpool fanden auch die Kinder toll, gerade nach dem Surfen eine super Aufwärmmöglichkeit. Das Haus liegt ideal, man ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Plage de Pors Carn und in nicht mal 10 Minuten mit dem Auto am Surferstrand bei La Torche. Das Zentrum vom Saint Guénolé mit Bäcker, Supermarkt und kleinen Geschäften ist mit den bereitgestellten Fahrädern ebenfalls sehr bequem und schnell zu erreichen. Marina und Jerôme sind sehr nette Vermieter, sehr zuvorkommend und haben auf alle Fragen sehr schnell reagiert. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft bereits erwartet und hatten einen super Check-In. Wirklich sehr, sehr schöne Ferien. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Coup de coeur

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables dans ce gîte flambant neuf. Jérôme et Marina sont des propriétaires très sympathiques et serviables. Le gîte est meublé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût et de charme, les pièces sont de grand volume et la maison offre assez d'espace pour 6 à 8 personnes. La maison est bien équipée avec une cuisine très fonctionnelle, trois salles de bain, trois WC et un ascenseur. Nous étions ravis des petits surplus: vélos, table de ping-pong, jeux de société, jaccuzzi... Le gîte est proche de la mer et de la plage, des crêperies et restaurants sont à proximité, à vélo/pied on est à quelques minutes du centre de St Gué et même non loin de la Torche.

Maison au confort paisible idéale pour se reposer et profiter de ce lieu magnifique

Séjour merveilleux, on se sent tout de suite très bien dans ce lieu. La situation permet de profiter de toutes les activités nautiques environnantes. La cuisine ouverte nous a offert de beaux moments conviviaux à cuisiner tout en prenant l’appétit sur la terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Instants précieux.

Super maison toute neuve, bien pensée, très bien située à 5min à pied de la plage de pors carn. Tout est fonctionnel, il y’a plus que le nécessaire pour passer un très bon séjour: maison saine, bbq / vélos / séjour très sympa pour 9 personnes, cuisine ouverte et lumineuse, belle vue au coucher du soleil sur l’océan. Jérôme et son épouse sont efficaces, réactifs dans les échanges, à l’écoute lorsqu’il faut régler les détails de l’utilisation de la maison, et très sympa de surcroît. Foncez c’est un bon plan
