They changed their name without advising me. I spent over 20 minutes looking for the clarion hotel after a long day travelling to find out they are now days inn, the tub had a broken bath plug, they said he did not have anyone to fix it! I am sure the cleaning lady would have noticed all the broken parts in the tub. Not impressed

We organized our annual family gathering and dinner at this hotel, months in advance. Staffing levels for the dinner were below minimum (in my opinion) - our dinner was delayed because of the inadequate staffing levels. Not good enough considering there was more than adequate advance notice. We won’t be back next year.

The room was disgusting. If I hadn't been exhausted from traveling all day with my disabled mother, I would have complained before check out. There was tissue on the bathroom floor, hair all over the shower wall. There were two wooden spools in my mothers bedding. We found a can opener on the radiator. The beds sagged, all three of us slept horribly. The pool was alright. The bottom felt clean and it was not exactly warm, but not cold. Our stay at this hotel was not at all worth the money. I am extremely disappointed.

When I booked, I made sure to book a queen bed as I’m 6’4 So I seen the options and got a Queen one bed room. We had been traveling all day after working. Got into the hotel around 1am after a 8 hour drive. Approached the front desk told them our name filled out our vehicle information. Then went to the room only to find two double beds. One bed was old and sunk in the middle. Dogs barking on the second floor in the morning. Elevator loud next to the room. Worst stay we have ever had from a pick off of our Expedia. Not recommended.
