Within walking distance to Peyia, this delightful villa is a welcoming retreat for guests. With 5 bedrooms in the main house, and a separate annex with bedroom, bathroom & second kitchen. Two living areas downstairs next to the dining area, and a large den upstairs with balcony looking out to the sea and mountains. 5 king /queen large bedrooms and one 2xtwin beds, Extremely private, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind. All downstairs living areas look over the pool - great for the mums and dads. With 7 bathrooms, large pool and barbeque area, WIFI, crib and washing machine the villa offers convenience and comfort to allow you to just relax in a very quiet location. Being only a 15 min walk to Peyia village (downhill on the way home) you can enjoy the shops, supermarkets, restaurants and general village life without having to drive. So many fun and interesting day trips locally like Coral bay beach 3km and Peyia Zoo 6km. Other interests like Lara beach, several vineyards, Adonis Baths, Tombs of the Kings and Pafos town within 10-15km, Pafos waterpark is just under 30 min drive.
