An elegant, luxurious and meticulously furnished private Villa, Bettina offers everything you can hope for in an exclusive holiday retreat in the heart of the popular Coral Bay Resort. Located just off the buzzy Coral Bay Avenue, it is private and quiet, yet only a leisurely minutes' walk from a plethora of shops, bars, taverns and restaurants. The coveted, blue flagged Coral Bay Beach is a mere 100 meters away.
The main entrance door opens to the elevated open plan living and dining area, with large windows and big sliding doors that let in oodles of natural light to create an excellent ambience. The Views of Coral Bay Beach from the two covered patios are mesmerizing! The kitchen is fully equipped to the level of a dishwasher and the living area boasts a comfortable corner sofa and an elegant dining table.
The two double bedrooms on the middle floor are very generous and both have en-suite facilities. The remaining three bedrooms are on the ground floor and share a shower bathroom. The ground floor bedrooms all open to a grand old yard with Olive trees, lush bougainvilleas and a variety of Mediterranean herb bushes.
Villa Bettina is a perfect choice for large family groups that want to enjoy everything that Coral Bay resort has to offer without any hustle and bustle!
This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted. There is private parking at the villa.
