A Someplace Special
This 4 Bedroom 3 Bath beach house is situated in North Litchfield and just a few minutes walk from the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. The beach house boasts a spacious living room with a large plush corner couch, fireplace, and flatscreen tv - perfect for resting up after a long day on the beach, golfing or shopping around town. Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen and formal dining room with French doors to the large outdoor deck.

Bedding Setup is as follows:
Master Bedroom - 1 King
Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen
Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen
Bedroom 4 - 2 Double
Loft Area - Queen Sleeper Sofa
Please note: (3) night minimums December - March & (7) night minimums April- November (Saturday check in during Peak Season)


A Someplace Special requires Saturday to Saturday rental with a max Occupancy of 10 people.

Pet Friendly:
Dogs (no cats) are allowed. Pets are limited to domestic, housebroken dogs unless otherwise advertised. There is a non-refundable $400.00 (plus tax) pet cleaning and spray fee that will be charged to each guest bringing a dog. No smoking

Guest Access: Guests will have access to entire house.

Nice place to stay walking distance to beach

This property was within walking distance to the beach which was wonderful. Access to litchfield by the Sea was wonderful. The only negative thing I can say is the lack of pillows, blankets, hair dryer and soap. Extra blankets would have been appreciated along with pillows. Other than that it was very nice
