Gîte Le Renard - Spacious and modern holiday home with shared swimming pool

Welcome to our gîte Le Renard.



This detached gîte is situated on the small holiday estate "Aux Martis" in the beautiful Lot-et-Garonne countryside. We are surrounded by rolling hills and dense forests, historic chateaux, and mystical ruins. This region is known as the heart of the "Pays de Bastides": we are surrounded by the bastides of Monflanquin, Villeréal, and Monpazier. The Dordogne, a region famous for its gastronomy, authentic villages, and ancient caves, is only a stone's throw away.



The 85 m² ground floor is a completely open space, with the kitchen and dining room at one end and the living room at the other. In the middle is a storage room with washing machine and guest toilet. Across the full width of the gîte is a covered terrace overlooking the private garden. The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, oven, large fridge-freezer, and dishwasher.



The lounge has several sofas and armchairs, ideal for a cosy evening.



Upstairs, there are a total of four bedrooms, two toilets, and two spacious bathrooms with shower and washbasin.



A small road runs alongside the gîte and provides a 50-metre walk to the swimming pool, open from June until September. The swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers, shaded areas, and parasols. It is a shared pool: holidaymakers from the other two gîtes and any campers from our small campsite also use it. On request, we can provide a cot and/or high chair free of charge. Bed linen is always provided, adapted to the season. Bath towels are optional and available for an extra fee. There is Wi-Fi in the gîte.
