Location is good Pool is good Room is good Staffs are not friendly and unwelcoming. When I arrived to check in, nobody say “hello or anything”, only “Door man” came to help my suitcase and show to checkin desk. The I stood there about 10 mins while staffs just kept their eyes on paper, noone care customers. After check in, they not even show me where is my room, how to go there or any property’s information . I got lost and had to ask Housekeeping to show me my room.

Nice and quiet, good standard, great prices and near beach. Only thing to nitpick on would be air conditioning a bit too cold /not regulated properly, but all a great experience

Amazing stay. Great location. Great pool and the beach is literally on your doorstep. Buffet breakfast was ok. Simple but enough choices to get the day started. Highly recommended

Only thing decent was the pool. Staff was rude and unorganized and discriminatory, me and my partner was ordering food and before we even finished orde ring food they already handed me the bill. Rooms were full of ants and very dirty. This place was not very welcoming and I would never recommend this place even to my enemies. If you want to NOT experience Thai hospitality, This is the best place to visit

Comfort on the beach

Nice open hotel in 2 wings with large pool in between. Room are pleasant and airy with balconies. Convenient to shops, restaurants and the beach. Staff could be more friendly not wait for a greeting from the guest. Attention to detail, room maintenance, gardens around the edges. Overall a comfortable stay at a reasonable price. Will stay again.

Shame about the service.

Let’s start by saying that the whole of Jomtien is struggling for somewhere great to stay. The pros - Location is excellent 3 big pools Housekeeping The cons - Lack of customer service Non existent pool attendent Breakfast wasn’t great A/C not great Overall we stayed for the location and the 3 pools but there are so many ways in which this hotel could up their game.

totalt nedslidt og snavset i alle kroge .åircon på værelset larmede så men måtte slukke det om natten, aircon i restauranten virkede ikke så alle vinduer og døre stod pivåbne for at få en smule luft og en stor mængde fugle og fluer mm ind. restauranten var under al kritik hvad hygiejne angår, brugt bestil kunne forekomme, rengøring af og til foregik med en tør klud eller kost. jeg måtte bede rengøringsdamen om at fjerne skimmelsvamp på badeværelset. det var næsten umuligt at gøre opmærksom på disse kritiske forhold da personalet kun talte thai, ok der var et par stk der talte meget dårligt engelsk . dett hotel er under al kritik kan ikke anbefales
