Good place what can be evaluated like architecture art peace. Service is top notch, breakfast was good. Only downsides- I wish there is full fresh juice bar as in Hua Hin, massage therapist (they are finishing spa) and I feel a bit embarrassed to wait until waitress check if I am not steal 10 dollars wardrobe - not sure but I was a bit so-so. Other then that - it’s fabulous

I stayed at The Standard Pattaya expecting the elevated service and attention to detail the brand is known for, but unfortunately my experience fell far below 5-star standards. Every night, my room key stopped working and had to be reactivated — an inconvenience that became a daily pattern. Housekeeping was another issue: I returned to my room each evening to find it untouched, despite being out for hours. When I called for towels, they never arrived even after waiting 45 minutes. Service by the adult pool was equally disappointing. I was the only guest there, yet I still had to wave down assistance from three employees who appeared to be standing around rather than offering proactive service. I truly wanted to love this property, but the consistent lapses made the stay frustrating. With the rates and the brand reputation, I expected a much higher level of service and reliability.

The hotel is brand new and beautifully styled. From the open air lobby to the gardens, rooms, restaurants and public spaces it is all stunning. The rooms are beautiful and well appointed. Beds and pillows superbly comfortable. The onsite restaurant Seira serves the best Massaman curry I have ever had. Access to the beach and neighbouring restaurants is easy. Jomtien is chilled and relaxed and feels very exclusive.
