This resort is rated 4 stars but does not have what it takes to deserve this rating. 2 stars at best. House keeping is not consistent with occasions of not replenishing toiletries, replacing only one towel, room cleaning is a hit and miss. Resort amenities such as gym has couple of old equipments and room safe is actually not in the room but rather in a big room on the ground floor Breakfast is okay. A bit of everything from both western and Asian, but definitely not four star quality. They do have two swimming pools which is nice but unfortunately the resort staffs collects the pool lounge chair cushion at 5:30 pm where the pools actually closes at 8:00pm. So you have to lay on the hard wooded lounge chair after. The hotel is also catered to lots of local conferences, hence it is always packed with people especially during breakfast time.

My evaluation is influenced by the fact that I started to visit this hotel 30 years ago when it was the only hotel on Jomtien Beach. Anyhow it is still keeping nice flavour and very friendly staff especialy if you know few Thai sentences.

Great facilities close to beach.

Two pools and a small gym, coffee shop, pool bar & restaurant along with shopping area consisting of massage shops. Large rooms with a balcony however the rooms were very dated as this is an old hotel. Hot water/pressure very low but as on 8th floor you can't expect it to be perfect. Overall a nice stay with the staff being polite and welcoming.

Great view nice big room

Good hotel with good service, buffet ok but eating room not cool enough for pleasant dining but food is good and changes a little daily . Great sea view from upper levels. Happy hour day good cocktails at reasonable price and bar and food poolside. Location good too, taxi service outside or buses on main road
