Would give it ZERO STARS of system would allow. The host was veey evasise on the actual name of the property when asked several times. Asked several times for access to residence only to be finally given incorrect infromation. Was stranderd as was unable to aceess residence. VRBO also attenpted to contact hose with limited success. However, VRBO was very heplful in assisting with location of a different property.
