Home away from home!

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It was quite a walk to the beach, but I enjoyed the daily exercise. The staff was really friendly, the room was clean,,,everything was great.

Very clean and big room. Decent area with lots of convenience stores. Easy access to motor bike taxi's or a short walk to the 10 baht pick up trucks (ask if you need advice). Overall great stay.

Nice quiet hotel

Stayed for a night and was pleased with the service rendered by the hotel staff. Room was big and spacious. Aircon and heater was working as intended. Television came with a variety of channels to choose from for those just staying in the room. Mattress was not hard though the pillow was a bit too soft to my liking. Never go to use the service, but the security deposit boxes seemed to be all situated at the service staff. Which was free.

Very basic facility. Of course, cheap price cant expect everything. even they never give tooth brush and paste. very simple. small bathroom. not modern, looks old environment. only price is cheap, i paid for 20 SGD per night. Bit far from beach road. too far for walking street and night life area. Only good is price. I dont want to stay again. But whoever want cheap hotel then choose this. but if you pay few dollar more you can get good hotel than this. personally I recommend April suite, read my review for that hotel.

Potentially great place.

This hotel would have been perfect if it wasn't for the noisy neighborhood and the construction site right across the street. It is a new place. The Premier room had with ample space for two people. Bathroom was ok with good hot water pressure. The queen size bed was comfortable. Plenty of closet space plus an LCD TV plus mini-fridge and the AC was more than adequate. Internet was ok for Thailand, only wi-fi and about 2 mbps download speed. However, some little touches were missing, for example, no hot water kettle(!), no tea/coffee packets and no hand/face towels, only 2 bath towels. The construction across the street went on from 7-8 am till 5pm, so you could get a nap only late afternoon. Of course forget about sleeping in late here but remember to bring ear-plugs. Ask for a room facing away from the street. There is a Family Mart right downstairs and it's a 5 min walk to Pattaya Klang (Central) Rd.

Economic Hotel half km away from sea beach

Good hotel for budget travelers. A little far away from the sea beach. You have to walk for 5 mins. However, the rent is only 350B standard room to 750B for the best ones. The small rooms are 20 sq m. The bigger ones are 36 sq meters. The smaller ones have Water Heater, AC, Refrigerators, King size bed. The smaller ones do not have AC or refrigerators. You can not see the sea from hotel. It is too far. From Bangkok airport, go to GATE-8. Catch a AC VOLVO bus to Pattaya (130B per head). Ask them you will go to WALKING STREET. The bus stop they drop you, the hotel is straight road, around 300m. Downside: They do not have any restaurant. You have to go outside to have any food. There is a big hotel within 50m. You can have breakfast / dinner / lunch over there for 199B per head. They do not have good power backup. On last day, there was a power failure. And there was no electricity or water for 4 hours.

初パタヤで２月中旬に５泊しました。 立地・外観：パタヤセントラル通りのボウリング場がある交差点から徒歩１０分程度。（ビーチと反対側に進んで、３つ目のセブンイレブン前を左折し100ｍ程度でファミリーマート。） フロント：皆さん親切。但し英語は少々。デポジットは現金のみ。 周辺：普通の路地裏通りで静か。バイク、車の騒音も気にならない程度。 部屋：スーペリア ダブルルーム キングベッド 1 台。シングルルーム３０㎡は広くて快適。照明は明るく、コンセント多数。バスタオル交換、ベッドメイクは毎日で清潔。机、椅子あり、ハンガー多数。冷蔵庫はよく冷えました。エアコン、テレビも新しく私には十分。（スリッパ、ティッシュ、歯磨セット、石鹸、セーフティBOXは無し。バスタブ無し、WIFIは遅い。シャワーは熱いお湯は出るが湯量が少なかったのが残念。虫はあまりいなかったです。） サービス：いわゆるホテルサービスは利用していないのでコメント無し。 ビーチから若干離れている点に抵抗がなければ、良い環境だと思います。個人的にはリーズナブルで快適。リピートOK。次回はグレードを高くして試してもよいと思いました。
