This hotel was the scariest experince I have had in a long time, we where greeted with rats the size of cat (no joke) right outside the reception area. The rom was ok intill we saw the aircondtion never been cleaned and the awful smell of cigarets. There was tons of noise 2-3am at night and we even got people outside the door knocking at 2 am for som maintance?

Run-down, very overpriced and full of tour groups who enjoy smoking and being rude. Rooms are worth 300B a night. Checkout at 10am which was a good thing as you want to get out of there! Hotel main entrance door held open with a concrete block: sign of a quality hotel… Kettle in room was also rusty inside. If you want a hotel similar to the Crystal Palace from Breaking Bad then you’ve come to the right place!

Good location, lots of activities/shopping within walking distance. Happy with the rate. Good value Decore is a bit run down. Needs a spruce up to be more modern. Pool was fantastic. Very clean. Most staff could speak english, & were very courteous & helpful

Tour group only more budget than star. over rated

Room, old linen, not thick curtains, very noisy at night guests as the market seemed to be more for bus tour groups. The food - nothing refilled on the trays after 8.30 - so choice dropped once you got there aftre that. Not nice food for the cost of the room and food. Over priced - copompared to the attached Grand Bella -- same price if prior booked but better value, better services - not rested, not suited for the older traveller - pictures looked good - reality was different. Linen worn, towels worn, bathroom old, bed like a rock. reception had two staff on check in - and a bus load arrived, departing was also long as there was a bus load checking out - again two staff.
