Property is beautiful and Charming but out dated. Staff and service was excellent. This property is not stroller and kids friendly. A tiny sauce spill on a chair costed upward of 400 USD. Which is off the top given the fact labor is cheap and the furniture was old and crusty.

We booked Andara Resort Villa for my husband birthday. We booked a 2 bedroom pool villa and decided to book an extra day but the room same room was unavailable. We decided to pay a little extra for the penthouse for our last day. Upon check in the staff were kind and friendly. The staff noticed that we booked 2 different rooms and upgraded us to the penthouse for the full stay since I noted we are celebrating a birthday. We also received credit for the spa and let’s just say you MUST book a massage. I had plenty of massage and Andara’s is on top of the list as one of the best in my books. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for a short 3-day stay. In conclusion, it was the best! From check-in to transportation to the room, the room facilities, room service (menu options), daily cleaning, breakfast, transportation to tourist spots, and more, every aspect of hospitality was the best. The front desk staff, who were full of smiles, were also impressive. Definitely worth staying here. I would recommend it to everyone. The only thing that bothered me was the weak water pressure in the shower, but it was such a good memory that it made up for that. Thank you to everyone at the hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying Andara Resort, and overall, I would say it was a delightful experience. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, with lush surroundings that made it feel like a true getaway. The cleanliness of the resort was impressive; every corner was well-maintained, which added to the overall sense of comfort. One of the standout features of our stay was the spaciousness of our room. It was large and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The amenities were top-notch, making it easy to unwind. The staff at the resort were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and their warm service truly enhanced our stay. Whether it was at the front desk or during meals, everyone was genuinely nice and eager to assist. However, we did visit during the rainy season, which limited our ability to enjoy the outdoor activities, particularly swimming. We were only able to take a dip twice during our stay, thanks to the pouring rain. While this was disappointing, we made the most of our time indoors, enjoying the spa.
