This is a newly renovated beachfront house in the Ocean Ridge section of Davis Park with breathtaking views of the Great South Bay, a gorgeous sandy beach and huge decks for relaxing. The deck is great for relaxing and watching the water and watching Sunsets. The house has a stairs that go right down to the bay. Perfect spot for kids to play in the water, go a little further out front and catch your own clams . for those of you with your own boats , jet skis, ect you can come right up to the house unload and anchor right out in front of the house depending on how much water your boat draws The ocean beach is a short 5 minute walk away sandy and the perfect spot for the kids to play. ( no life guards tho.. although there is a Town beach a short walk away that is life guarded) This house has everything that you need for a great beach vacation. a newly installed Fujitsu air conditioning system that gives every room its own unit and thermostatic control , for those looking in the fall or in the early season the house also has heat There is a master bedroom with a queen size bed and full bathroom, guest bedroom 1 with a full size bed, bedroom 2 with a full size bed,bunk-beds plus bathroom, bedroom 3 with a full-size bed,bunk-beds and a sleeping loft with more beds . 4 full bathrooms with plenty of room for everyone.
This rental includes all of your linens, flat screen television, DVD player, satellite TV, , deck furniture, gas grill, A/C, washer/dryer, and all of the kitchen utensils

Great getaway week

The house was fantastic, rooms clean and roomy with beds and bathrooms galore. It is a great location, close to the marina and straight walk to the beach. We've stayed at several houses on Davis Park, this was by far the best! I look forward to returning to the house again in the future.

Location was great!! Enjoyed sunsets just about every night! Distance to beach was/is perfect! This property had everything you needed it truly was home away from home!

Great beach house

John Prudenti, thank you for renting the beach house, we had a great time. The location could not be better, the deck overlooking the Great South Bay provided easy water access and great sunset views. The newly installed AC units worked great, it was so nice to come back to the cool house after a day on the beach or fishing in the bay. I recommend this house to anyone interested in spending time at Davis Park.

Bayside retreat

Overall great stay. Property as described except that there was no kayak, row boat and paddle board. Would make plans to bring these next time. Perfect place to bring family together and enjoy the beauty of Davis Park.

Amazing

Feel so fortunate that this was my very first VRBO experience. The place was spacious and in a perfect location with steps leading right into the bay for paddle boarding...and, a 2 minute walk in the other direction to the beautiful beach. John, the host, was super-helpful whenever we needed anything (and even made some great recommendations on things to do). In short, my wife, 5 and 6 year old boys and guests had an amazing time and will definitely be returning.

Great house!!

The house was perfect for our family of 5 (with a few overnight guests). The location was amazing, right on the bay with the most magnificent sunsets. The house was clean and well stocked with anything we could need. I would definitely rent again next summer!!!

Wonderful Vacation

The view is just unbelievable. The house was great; big and spacious and mostly updated. Easy access to the bay. Kids loved the paddle board. John was easily reachable and responded quickly to any questions we had. GREAT VACATION!!!
