We enjoyed our time at your hotel. Staff was helpful with suggestions as well as accommodating to our requests. Breakfast was great however with dietary restrictions it was a bit of a challenge, the gluten free bread was a nice touch. Room was clean and quiet, and parking was great.

Staff were amazing and our room was nice and comfortable. We booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub and unfortunately it was almost unusable due to a group of hockey kids. I have never seen parents allow children to behave like that in my life. They took up the entire pool and hot tub area. We got splashed, stepped on, and pounding headaches from their screaming. I work with kids and love kids, noise does not bother me but this was unbelievable. We ended up leaving the hot tub after only a few minutes. Staff were amazing and apologetic and gave us a refund so we will be back for sure but might check in next Time first to ensure there is no hockey team. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was delicious although there is no meat option which was unusual. We will definitely try this hotel again as staff were outstanding but unfortunately our relaxing trip was not what we had hoped due to the hockey kids.

Great hotel, unfortunate guests

Fantastic hotel, unfortunately there was a sports team of roughly 11 year old boys and the supervising parents were not taking any responsibility for the kids. Not the kids fault, they were being kids. Very inconsiderate.
