The community is really cute and the locaiton is perfect. Having the bar/restaurant on the property along with a little strip of beach and a pool made everything so easy, you didn't have to leave the property if you didn't want to! The unit itself was small but designed so well it totally worked with two couples. We especially liked the outdoor space, the upstairs deck was perfect for nights after a long day on the water. I would defintely stay again. The only negative was the communication. It was bad. I did request an early check in through the app a month prior to our check in (two hours early) and it just sat pending until the day before. I texted the number on the app, emailed on the app, both went unanswered. I finally reached out through VRBO and got a basic response of they couldn't tell us anything until the night before and I finally just cancelled the request. In short, the numbers they give you to text weren't good buuut when we arrived on the property someone from the office there approached and said if we need anything just go directly to them.All in all, it was a great place and we would stay again.
