The Space:
This luxurious and spacious 3 bedroom, 4 bath townhouse is located right in the heart of old town. It is one block from Main Street where you'll have access to dining, shopping, arts, and nightlife. You're also right next to Town Lift at PCMR!

The property has vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows, allowing for natural light and spectacular views. After a day on the mountain, cook for your famished crowd in the fully stocked and well appointed kitchen. Sit down and eat together, planning your next outdoor adventure around the 6-person kitchen table.

The Neighborhood:
One of the best locations in Park City, you’re just steps from Main Street. It’s the place to see and be seen, with foodie-approved restaurants, hip bars, and quaint coffee shops. Shop-til-you drop at the cool boutique stores, ski and snowboard retailers, and local artisan shops. Every year in January, movie fans descend on Park City for the Sundance Festival that highlights up-and-coming filmmakers.

The home is just a short walk to the Town Lift, which offers a 20-minute scenic ride to the top of Park City Mountain. Once you get to the top, hike your way down or get back on the gondola for a picturesque ride back down. Top-rated skiing awaits you at the Park City Mountain Resort, where you can try your hand at a variety of different runs suited for all ages and skill levels.

Getting Around:
Park City and Summit County offer a free bus transit service to easily get you to all the major resorts and around downtown. The Main Street and Old Town areas are very walkable, so you can park your car and leave it.

In addition to the cancellation policy listed, we’ve added the following to help give you options in the case of any closures.

1) If the resort closes due to Covid related issues, or the state of Utah is not allowing outside visitors, we will offer your choice of a full refund or credit towards a future stay. This will be pro-rated in the event that a closure happens during your stay.

2) If the resort you are mainly skiing at (Park City Mountain Resort or Deer Valley) is operating, it will be the normal cancellation policy (see your itinerary at the site you booked at for details). If you need to cancel for any other reason prior to your stay, we can't guarantee any refund, but we will try to re-rent the property and will refund anything we are able to recover by re-renting.

It may make sense to purchase Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance, let us know if you’d like any recommendations on that after booking.

This was a terrific property. Had all of the amenities we needed, including a very convenient entryway with places to hang and store all of our gear and clothing from the mountain. And the location cannot be beat! Would definitely return.

Great family trip

The house worked really well for teenagers and parents. Very clean and well appointed kitchen. Easy to hang out together and plenty of space for 5 teenagers/adults. Quick walk to town lift and in town location were perfect!

Great spot in town We used the ski valet at the town lift so we didn’t have to schlep our skis back and forth this also gave us access to lockers for our boots which was handy because the road and sidewalk is pretty slick with ski boots on Have fun
