This remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bathroom is conveniently located within minutes of two world-class ski resorts of Park City and Deer Valley. The unit has wood floors, new appliances, granite countertops and new bathrooms. It also features a full kitchen, dining room, and living room with a wood-burning, fireplace. The master bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk with a twin on top and a queen bed on the bottom. The property sleeps a total of 5 people which makes this unit perfect for a family vacation. For our summer guests, this unit is equipped with air conditioning. The unit also comes with a wood-burning fireplace, wireless internet access, Flat screen TV with HD standard cable, a private washer/dryer, a common hot tub, a tennis court, one assigned space in underground parking, and stair access. The unit is fully equipped with towels, linens, cutlery, and cooking utensils. You will find everything you need to make this condo your home throughout your stay.

Just fine for family of four

The interior of the condo was very nice, while the exterior was worn down (it's an older building). We had everything we needed, and when a footrest broke, an agent took it away very quickly after we made the notification. Walk to Park City ski resort or drive 6 minutes to Deer Valley ski resort. Old Town Park City was within walking distance, too.

The apartment was a decent size and very clean. It has been recently renovated, but the dishwasher leaves a lot of residue on the dishes and the clothes washer/dryer are ancient relics. The interior doors are too big for their frames and get stuck. Those are all minor issues. Overall, the place is great.

Great spot. My husband and I stayed here with another couple and it was perfect! If one couple doesn't mind sleeping on a bunk bed! (the bottom is a queen). It was nice that each couple had their own bathroom. We were there to ski and we either walked to Park City Mountain or took the free bus and it worked out great. Everything was new and clean. We had plenty of space and everything we needed to cook meals. Only suggestion is softer sheets and small trash bins in the bathrooms. Thanks for a great stay!
