The place was clean, good beds, the pillows were not great. The place was quiet and in a convenient location. We stsyed one night to be close to Park City surgery center. Was a good option to avoid the high prices of Park City.

Chepest place to crash in Heber. Not fantastic, but decent. No breakfast, so you might want to spend a bit more somewhere else and get some grub. But this place is bare bones good.

We’ve stayed here several times in the past because it was relatively inexpensive but have disappointed with things broke and not working. They seemed to have improved significantly. Only problem we had was it took 5 minutes to get the shower hot.

We got there, we were told they couldn’t honor our reservation because they had no available rooms. So why do you make a reservation to drive 90 miles and told no rooms

We reserved a room with a king bed for 4 nights. The day we checked in they said the person who was in our room previously wanted to stay another week so they let him stay and gave our room to them. The only option left for us was a queen size bed. My husband is 6’4. This was very disappointing.

Didn't stay at the Inn. Wasn't impressed with the front desk's lack of communication. Rang door bell several times to inform them I would be checking in later that day. No response. Upon arrival I didn't feel comfortable staying there. I made other accommodations for the evening.

A great deal for a basic room - clean, as expected mostly. Only issue we had was very poor drainage in the bathroom (room #110). Water pooled across the whole tile floor immediately, and it was VERY slippery. Shower needs a retaining wall or much better spray curtain.

Computers were down and manager out of town so the office worker made a copy of my credit card. I’m still freaking out about that. Refrigerator was broken and it took them three days to replace it. I room was never cleaned and we had to ask for fresh towels. Only one working lightbulb in the bathroom

Whover is doing the maid service is doing a great job for what they have. The problem is not with clean sheets or towels but with maintenance. There were no functioning lights in the bathroom, I had to use my flashlight. Wall socket was loose. The carpet appeared to have been cleaned but there were red stains like wine had spilled on the carpet. The dead bolt on the door wouldn't lock. This could be a fine place to stay with some care.
