Check in was very easy and in a great part of town within walking distance to everything. Fast internet as well and very comfortable beds. Only item to note, the garage doors are short - our Subaru Ascent did not fit in the garage with the thule box. It was easy to take off though and the garage was huge. Great stay. Thanks so much!

Nice to have an enclosed garage. But do not plan on parking in it if you have a very large SUV/truck. Great location as you can walk to numerous stores and restaurants. Quick drive to Canyons for skiing. Well equipped kitchen and clean. Would stay again.

Unit on perimeter of shopping center, with many restaurant options and grocery shopping. Shuttle bus back to transportation center ( also within walking distance ). 35 minutes drive to airport. 10 minutes to Park city. Good unit for 6 or less folks.

We really enjoyed the stay at the home . Well equipped to cook meals . Very comfortable ! Close to all shopping ski slopes and property manager was responsive . Only complaint is pillow were not very comfortable and the master bedroom and Tv was very dusty .

Good Rental, location too far

This spot was good. It was a little further outside of Park City than we had hoped (15 minute drive). Good local amenities, felt a little strip mall-ish. Park City was fantastic, just wished we were a little closer in. One small issue was that there was a washer and dryer, but the unit did not supply detergent. That seemed very strange to us.

Upon arrival, we found the dishwasher had not been emptied. Bathrooms/shower stall and tub could have used more cleaning attention. No garage door opener. Poor quality toilet paper. Little things...granted. But for the type of $ being paid, you expect exceptional.

Great all around and we were happy overall. Some suggestions to the property manager: We had some electrical issues and issues with the showers in which we called about and we’re promptly fixed. However the batteries in the fire alarm were outdated causing them to go off in the middle of the night. It would great to avoid some of the avoidable maintenance issues so future renters don’t have to deal with these things.

Perfect location!!

We couldn't have asked for a better location right along the edge of the Swaner Preserve. The paved path was so convenient and perfect for morning and evening walks and quick access to the full network of paths for riding our bikes. We had frequent visits in the open fields of the Preserve from an amazing Sandhill Crane and spent an evening watching the Strawberry Moon rise over the horizon. Convenience of the stores and shops nearby, plenty of room for our family, and a garage to store our bikes made for a wonderful trip!

Great 3bed room town home in Park City.

The property looks as shown. . Great location and close to ski areas. The unit was clean and roomy. A major plus is having a garage so we didn’t have to worry about scraping ice off the windows in the mornings. The unit was clean and comfortable. This unit is in the REDSTONE plaza which is a massive place with grocery, Starbucks, restaurants bestbuy etc. I would recommend staying at this town home.
