Perfect stay in Park City

I plan a lot of travel getaways for my husband and I and I've never had such a hard time as I did finding the right spot in Park City. Luckily I came across the condo at Chaparral and it couldn't have been any better. So much space, so cozy like a cabin, excellent location, private but convenient. It was perfect! Park City Host was also wonderful and quick to respond if I had a question. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Great Spot

The atmosphere is great - full out modern wood cabin feel in a great location. You can walk to Deer Valley resort if you want to (it's a little easier to drive) and you are only a couple of minutes from Main Street in Park City.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at the very cozy well-located Chaparral. It was an easy bus ride to the base of Deer Valley to go skiing. The hot tub heater broke during our stay, but this was fixed by the property management staff.

Love this place. Location, location, location! Moose sightings3X in the meadow just across the street... right from the condo. Very well appointed condo with everything we could want. They thought of everything. Communication was outstanding. Doesn't get better than this!

Super Cozy place - perfect ski condo

This place was amazing! It is perfect for a 2-4 person get away. Super cozy with a view of deer valley from the backdoor. Right across the street from the trolley stop to get you right to Deer Valley/park city etc. Management was great! Very very responsive for anything we need. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Well appointed condo right next to ski bus stop. 2min ride to lifts. Grill, hot tub, garage, fireplace and 2 nice size bedrooms. Multiple visits. Good experience.

Lovely condo and great location.

The property was really nice and location was great. We enjoyed the lovely fireplace and it was a lovely condo. The only issue we really had was that the pots and pans were very greasy and dirty. We had to really scrub them before using them. We did not really have contact with the hosts, although they did email to check in. Again our stay was really nice and enjoyable. Our family was here from Scotland to ski and it was a great location.

Good with some minor issues

Overall, the place is clean and very conveniently located. The property manager was very responsive but there were some issues like a light switch which started caught fire (was replaced that day by PM), some lights didn't work and the shades in a few places were broken. Also, i think the kitchen utensils could have been a bit upgraded (esp the spoons). Just a few things which knock it down a rung.

Mostly good.

Generally, it was very good. Mostly as expected. The only shortfall I could mention is the hot tub. There were no instructions on its use. YouTube helped a little, but I believe the tub is not working properly. Push the corner button once and the filter pumps start. Push it again and the jets start on the far side, but they never start for the near side, so only one person gets the jets. And I could turn off the jets on the far side, but couldn't turn off the filter pump. Also, I was able to turn on the submerged lights once, but could never repeat it. Kind of disappointing.

Not bad

Great location but definitely more than a “one minute walk from the Deer Valley resort” like it says in the listing. It’s more like a 7-10 minute walk - depending on how much stuff you’re carrying that may be an issue. Cleanliness and insulation was a minor issue. Items were left behind from previous tenant (including smoking stuff, which is odd for a non-smoking property). Glad there was one humidifier. One more would’ve been nice since there are two bedrooms. Kitchen was well stocked and organized. Parking was great (garage plus other spaces). Overall Great

Labor Day Getaway

The Chaparral condo was perfect for a quick get away. Clean , cool ( it was 90 outside) comfortable, and located right in the bus line to town. We would definitely rent the unit again!
