They were also very flexible with both check-in and check-out times, which we really appreciated. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and cafés just a short walk away. "After reading some reviews I was very apprehensive but I was very pleased with my stay. The check in was very easy despite arriving out of reception hours as key was left in a safe for collection. The apartment was spacious, excellent air conditioning with a fantastic balcony. The room was clean and towels were changed after a few days but I would have liked to have bedsheets changed. The ladies in reception were very helpful and approachable. There was no problem getting a sun lounger at 1 of the 4 pools. We used buses and Bolt to get around as it is a little out of the town centre but if you have a car the location is perfect. Plenty of small supermarkets nearby for the essentials. Overall we had an excellent time. You get what you pay for, a good base to explore Paphos."

Bed sheets don’t seem to fit well is only main problem, undersheet ruffles up every night-get bigger sheets that tuck under mattresses"

"Our stay at the hotel was for a night and it was pleasant, so I would suggest it for a short stay of one or two nights. The hotel overall is very clean, the breakfast was amazing. We stayed at this hotel 8 years ago and once we knew we are going to Pafos for a stay we booked this hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel stayed in that era and it requires an upgrade. In addition to the overall experience the behavior of the receptionists was a downgrade. The young lady was exceptional, very kind and calm with all customers and their frustrations. Once she left, an older woman stepped in and the scene changed immediately. The receptionist wasn’t kind at all, she had a bad temper and no patience and her answers to the customers were rude. This is really bad, especially since she is the first person someone faces entering the hotel. If you do not enjoy your job maybe its time to be put in another position where you do not have to engage with people."
