Standard but little higher

Pros: Breakfast buffet
Cons: Ice Buckets and iron Limited Laundry service, have to wait all day for your cloth, your are at Waldorf Astoria, service has to be excellent.
Location: Miss ocean view
Nothing above normal, price a little higher for my opinion, Have a great Breakfast Buffet for a very good price. Next time will request an upgrade.

Good option

Pros: location, decor and overall experience was good.
Cons: higher standard of service
Location: several good restaurants nearby, Soho Mall, nice grocery store across the street
I could find the WA standard in the decor and overall condition. Good location with restaurants nearby and safe. I think they can improve in the breakfast. I only found a buffet, should have "a la carte " option . Maybe the half empty floor did not help as well. As everything else in PTY, if they improve the quality of service, they will take the tourism business in the region. I lived there for a couple of years and you get crazy if you do not have patience, Training, training and training is the key word for Panamanian service providers.

Best place to stay

The people were extremely nice the hotel was luxurious not too far from the airport in the center of the city and not too far from the touristy and historical place they had a nice pool and a lot of things that contribute to its five star rating and the breakfast was hands-down the best part

poor service

Pros: the food in the dinning room was good
Cons: house keeping and room service
Location: great location downtown and walk in the day time only
the service was poor and slow for room service, we got the wrong order and it took them 45 min. to bring the right order. we had to ask for towels three days in the row. the room was alright the bed was not a good bed to sleep in.
