Our beautiful Gulf Front home has been recently remodeled inside and out and is ready to make your beach vacation unforgettable! With 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 12 guests, this home is perfect for families and groups looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway.

Upstairs, the King Master Bedroom features a full-wall window overlooking the Gulf, giving you beautiful ocean views right from your bed. The room also includes a private attached full bathroom.

The second upstairs bedroom is designed with families and kids in mind, featuring two comfortable Queen beds and its own private bathroom.

On the main level, you’ll find the third bedroom with two Queen beds and a full bathroom with a standing shower. Its convenient first-floor location makes it a great option for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

Each bedroom comes equipped with its own flat-screen TV, and complimentary WiFi is provided throughout the home.

The fully furnished, open-concept kitchen is bright and welcoming, with a breakfast bar for four and beautiful Gulf views. It is stocked with the essential cookware, utensils, and kitchen basics you need for an easy and comfortable stay.

The inviting living room features a modern Queen sofa, two comfortable chairs, and a flat-screen LED TV — perfect for relaxing after a fun-filled day at the beach.

The dining area includes a full-size table with seating for six, making it easy for everyone to enjoy meals together.

Step outside and enjoy the Gulf Front deck with its Gazebo, where you have front-row seating for spectacular Gulf sunsets. A charcoal grill is also provided for relaxing outdoor meals with family and friends.

Located directly west of Pier Park, the home offers a fantastic location and beautiful views toward the Pier from the Gulf Front deck.

You’ll also find several restaurants within walking distance, including a great Italian/Pizza restaurant right across the street, a Wings/Barbecue spot nearby, and several seafood restaurants.

For added convenience, Winn-Dixie Grocery Store and CVS Pharmacy are located directly across the street.

Just about 1 mile east is the famous Pier Park, offering plenty of shopping, dining, entertainment, attractions, and access to the newly reconstructed Pier.

Host was very responsive in communication, location was perfect! There were a few things listed in the amenities that was not actually in the home( ice maker, hair dryer ). Probably an oversight in updating their listing. If it were my place, I would probably decorate a little nicer, make sure the beach chairs were clean for the next set of guests and put a bar height table and chairs on the back deck so you can actually enjoy the view while sitting. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! Something I always appreciate. All in all, I would stay here again, given the opportunity. The pluses far outweigh the negatives.

I would not recommend that you stay at this location or even consider it. We made the best of the stay because we had paid and that is the kind of people that we are. Upon arrival after flying to Florida, this unit was not ready for us so we were moved about 3 miles down the beach to another establishment. The next day we were able to get into the condo we had rented. Then the water issues began. From Sunday to Thursday, we had no water in showers, or cold water. It was pretty awful to have to guess or decide who could shower. We ended up having do laundry at a laundry mat due to water issues. All the while the renter said they would send someone. When the water was actually fixed on Thurday (we checked out on Saturday morning) the man that fixed it informed us that the water meter had been turned off. I've asked for a refund and have been offered 200 which doesn't even begin to cover what was promised with this unit and what was delivered. In the meantime, we met neighbors that said this renter has known there are water issues and refused to take care of them. I did get a list of good renters in that area because it is truly a lovely place to be. Right on the beach and the condo itself had some wear and tear which is to be expected, however doesn't ruin a trip. The owner did not deliver on what was promised for the amount that was paid. Beware.

Nice location for beach access and unit was clean and orderly on arrival, and included necessary kitchen supplies for family Thanksgiving celebration.But we were without hot water for last two days of 5-day visit, and despite outreach by e-mail and phone, nothing was done to remediate the situation.Maybe it was a one-time thing, but there should be better responsiveness or other consideration. Based on my experience, I would not risk situation again with this unit.

We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, several issues made our experience fall short of expectations. While the host did respond to the A/C issue (which we appreciated), it caused us to cancel our dinner plans on our first night.More concerning were the discrepancies between the listing and the actual condition of the property:The listing promised amenities like an ice maker, pool and hair dryer, which were not available.The sliding glass door was broken and difficult to operate, posing a safety concern.There was visible mold on the ceiling, a cracked window, and broken or missing door knobs in the downstairs bedroom. There were bugs in the drawers. See pictures.The shower head was damaged, and contrary to the listing, there was no pool on the property.A water leak under the back deck was not addressed until the following morning—we were woken by a plumber at 8 a.m.Finally, we were not informed of a scheduled 4-hour power outage, which occurred while we were making breakfast, resulting in a ruined meal.I would not rent this property. Pictures listed of furniture are also different that was is currently in listing. The host does not respond in a timely manner and promised me a partial refund but would never respond to me or VRBO. PLEASE BEWARE!

The property is not well maintained. Many moldy or mildew spots on ceilings, neither door seals. The beds are hard as a rock and neither the couch or love seat are comfortable. The unit was not very clean, sand left in the floor and between the cushions on the couches. It is on the beach and a short walk to the water, but I will say that is the only plus. We had to wash towels and wash cloths daily because so few were provided.

Would Have Been Cooler with a Refrigerator

We had a great stay at this VRBO property over Thanksgiving, and the accommodations were fantastic—spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the comforts of home. The location was ideal for our holiday plans, and we were excited to spend the week there.However, our experience was significantly impacted by the refrigerator not working for the entire duration of our stay. This was especially frustrating given that it was Thanksgiving week, a time when we had a lot of food to store and prepare. Although the owner quickly came up with a temporary solution, we incurred additional costs by having to buy ice and store food elsewhere, which disrupted our plans.While the owner initially seemed willing to resolve the issue, we never received any follow-up regarding a reimbursement for the added expenses and the inconvenience caused. We were unable to fully accomplish our goal for the stay, which was to enjoy a relaxing holiday with family, without the stress of logistical challenges.The property itself was wonderful, but the lack of communication and resolution regarding the refrigerator issue made the experience less enjoyable than it could have been, particularly during such a significant holiday. We hope future guests don’t encounter similar issues, but do recommend the property for its quality and location.

Location is Great, Cleanliness needs work

We recently stayed at this property, and unfortunately, our experience was far below expectations. While the location is great, several issues made our stay very disappointing. First, the cleanliness of the property was not up to standard. Even after a cleaning service was sent, the pull-out mattress remained stained and unusable, leaving one of our guests without a proper bed for the entire stay. Several electrical outlets and lightbulbs did not work, adding to the inconvenience. The refrigerator was broken, leading to about $300 worth of groceries being spoiled. We had to make several trips for ice to preserve what we could, but much of it had to be thrown away. This was a major inconvenience and added unnecessary stress to our vacation. Additionally, we were charged for 7 adults, even though we had only 6 adults and 4 children. Despite reaching out for clarification, no adjustment has been made for this extra charge. To make matters worse, the host seemed to blame us for some of the issues we encountered, which felt unfair considering we were respectful guests who followed all house rules. Other than sending repairmen, there has been no compensation offered for the problems we faced, including the spoiled groceries and inadequate sleeping arrangements. Although the location was great, the issues with the property and lack of proper response from the host made this stay far from enjoyable. We hope that future guests have a better experience, but do not recommend.

Last minute trip with my brother and mom for some family time. Great location and convenient location to grocery store and restaurants. Beach is right off the back porch and the views are better than the pics.

Paradise

This was a lovely townhome located right on the beach. The back deck walks right out into the sand- right to the ocean. Location is excellent and is convenient to everything, yet the townhome is quiet and peaceful. The home was very clean- had everything we needed in it. I went with my husband and two grown sons. We look forward to staying in this unit again. And the owner is so nice and helpful! He gets back to you asap if you need anything.

We loved the house and its location!! It was so nice being directly on the beach. We had 3 adults/ 3 teenagers and we were very comfortable. Loved being able to bring our dogs along too. We will definitely be back!!

As we were arriving, we received a message from the owner stating that there’s construction going on and issues with the trash service. When we pull up, there was a huge pile of nasty trash outside the door, from the people that were there prior to us. My husband helped a neighbor clean it up. We had no exterior trash can/trash service for the entire trip (7 nights). We had to take our trash to the beach at night, to put in the public trash cans. The clothes dryer wasn’t working, so I had to buy hangers and a dryer rack, to air dry my clothes. The downstairs bedroom closet had no doors and contained a used mattress, along with other junk. The upstairs bedroom closets were blocked by the beds. The oven handle kept falling down, there were light bulbs missing here and there, most of the furniture is very worn out (not exactly as pictured), and the place has an odd smell (I bought wax warmers from Walmart). The exterior looks very unkept, especially compared to the neighbors, and the handrail on the stairs is rotting and loose. The day after we arrived, I informed the owner of most of the issues (aside for the run down furniture and odd smell). She replied back, seeming to be concerned. She stated that she could get a handyman out there, but I never heard from her again. I honestly did not keep pushing on these issues, because I wanted to enjoy my trip. I noticed a review that mentioned a pool, of which I never saw. The property needs maintenance and updates.

Wonderful Townhouse for an Amazing Beach stay! We loved everything about it! We loved that our Fur babies could come too. Very Clean and Decor was Great! All you need is to come and relax! I highly recommend this TownHouse❤️

Fabulous vacation spot!

Location, Location, Location! This property is on a beautiful stretch of uncrowded beach! The town home is clean, super comfortable, and well appointed! We thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay. We are older and enjoyed, but tired of the nearby Margaritaville, Senor Frogs, Pompano Joe’s scene, but found Edward’s and Paradis in Rosemary Beach- less than a 15 minute drive , which were 5 star dinners. I am hard pressed to think of anything negative to say about our experience- We will be back!! For those with dogs- there is a very small strip of grass for pups to walk on. Our dog is older and was fine (and we drove her to the dog beach 1 mile away), but for a dog needing more of a walk, there is limited space. Nonetheless- you will love this space!

Awesome stay!

This was perfect for our family get away. Steps from the beach and located close to grocery store and restaurants. Our first night we could not find any sheets for the pull out couch. I sent a message to the owners and they called immediately to tell me where to find them. I would stay here again if we ever come back to Panama City!

Best stay in Florida EVER!

We rented this house because it was on the beach and close enough to restaurants and things to do but also far enough to not be bothered by noises. This house was everything we wanted and more! There was enough space for our group of 12 to stay together to hang out and have fun in the living room/kitchen area but also enough to separate and wind down for bed. The sunrises and sunsets from the windows and balcony were unreal! What a breathtaking site to see, all from the comfort of our pajamas! The back deck/patio area was the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea at any point of the day. The ability to just walk out and be in the sand without taking an additional step was amazing. All in all, the place was clean when we reached, checkin was a breeze, and communicating with Zohra was super easy! She responded to all our questions within minutes and was super sweet and friendly! We highly, highly recommend this property to anyone looking to come for a relaxing, fun time with a medium sized group! We are hoping to make PCB a yearly trip and will definitely come back to stay in this house! Thank you!

Very dissatisfied

The manager gave us no notification that not only was there major construction going on with the roads directly in front of the condo unit but also the unit near door was getting a “ gut” renovation. The work next door started early I. The morning and the hammering and other construction noise woke everyone up early each morning and continued throughput the day. The workers coming out on the front deck constantly gave very little privacy. We had to move cars over and over so the huge construction dumpster could be emptied. It really diminished the experience of our visits.

Wonderful Location Very Clean

We had a great time in this unit over the Thanksgiving weekend. The unit is situated right on the beach and we could see the dolphins from the back porch. The staff was quick to respond to all request and any maintenance issues. the best part of all was the ability to bring the pets. Even though it's pet freindly you couldnt tell by the cleanliness of the unit.
