Family Birthday Celebration

This property was beautifully furnished, comfortable, clean, and we had a stunning view of the dunes and sunset from the upper deck. We loved the location, just a walk or a short drive to all the cute beach towns.

Great weekend away

My husband and I stayed at Shiloh for a 3 day weekend and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The condo is beautiful, quiet, comfortable and very clean. The master bed was nice, with a foam topper and an assortment of pillow options. The upstairs has a lovely view and we enjoyed coffee out on the balcony every morning. Michelle was wonderful at communicating and even sent us some great restaurant recommendations! We hope to come back soon!

Great experience

Watersound was new to us and we thoroughly enjoyed. This propery felt somewhat private (early September) and the quick access to the pool and beach were fantastic. The community is well kept and secured. The house itself met every need and was very clean.

Beatiful home, great pool, easy access to private beach

We loved our time at WaterSound. It is a quiet, serene place among the hustle and bustle of 30A. The condo has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. I will be returning next year.

Shiloh Stay

Not only a beautiful property and setting, but so peaceful and serene. Don’t let the walk to the beach bother you, rather use it as an opportunity to take in all of Gods beauty! Perfect beaches with shining white sand and crystal clear water! The sand crabs are awfully cute!! A stay at this beautiful place will leave you relaxed and refreshed!

Fall Break Vacation

The property was beautiful. We have stayed in this area for the last 5 years and this particular condo has been our favorite! The homeowners hospitality was exceptional. Including providing beach towels and access to a garage full of beach chairs and activities for the family to enjoy. The kitchen was fully stocked with all that we needed to be able to cook great meals throughout our stay. Can't recommend Shiloh at Watersound enough!

Great stay at Shiloh

Condo is clean, spacious, comfortable, and has everything needed for a great beach vacation. Great view of the ocean and right next to the pool. Beach is a short walk away and was not crowded at all. The location is perfect if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing beach vacation!

Best Beach Vacation

Our 2023 beach experience could not have been more beautiful, relaxing and fun! We have been to severaL beach areas within Fl; i.e. Destin, Sanibel, Captiva, Palm Island, and Sarasota. I love the white sand beach of 30A where you do not get eatin alive by mosquitos; and to stay at a beautiful townhome within a quiet upscale community with top notch ammenties was so special! Every detail was provided; and our one clarifying question was answered immediately! My husband and daughter are very picky and both want to come back...!!

Shiloh

The condo, Shiloh, was perfect for our family vacation. It was located on a beautiful, uncrowded beach with stunning blue-green water. The condo was clean and full of all the necessary amenities that made our family vacation enjoyable and memorable. Michelle was extremely accommodating and communitive throughout our stay. Perfect Beach Getaway!!

Everything about this property is exactly as described & perfect! The views were awe inspiring - my mom walked in & gasped at the beauty of the view through the huge windows & balcny doors that showcase the white sand dunes & gorgeous ocean! The beds were so comfortable with amazing soft linens, plenty of bath towels & lots of beach towels as well as beach chairs provided. Great kitchen with everything you need to make dinner or just make coffee to enjoy on the balcony in the morning. Michelle was great to work with, answering so many questions to help me plan our family vacation. Beach was a dream! We were there the busiest week - 4th of July - and not crowded at all! An easy walk from the condo. Great location - walking distance to the Big Chill & my husband & kids enjoyed riding the bikes provided to explore Rosemary Beach & other villages. Highly recommend- it was a beautiful week for me & my family!

Beautiful Vacation Home!!

Beautiful beach home with perfect views of the ocean, steps away from the pool and walking distance to the beach! I also really appreciated how the home was super clean, comfortable beds, everything you need from sand toys, beach chairs, pool gear etc to everything you need to cook dinners as well. One of the best vacations we have been on. Michelle was great to work with and takes great care of her guests that stay at Shiloh! Wonderful experience and will definitely be back!

Fantastic Place!

The property was beautiful, very clean & comfortable, and included all sorts of perks that we appreciated, such as lounge chairs and umbrella set up for us on the beach each day, beach toys for our granddaughters to enjoy, close, easy access to a large swimming pool from the back deck, large balcony just off the kitchen with a beautiful view to the dunes and ocean (we ate our lunch there every day), and very nice adult bicycles for cycling on 30A. The furniture and beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook gourmet meals. All six of us had a great time there, and the owner (Michelle) was so accessible to answer any questions and recommend restaurants, activities, shops, etc. The condominium was so nice -- it exceeded our expectations in every way. We hope to be able to stay there again!

Little slice of Heaven

We come to this area every year. We love everything it has to offer. Beautiful water, beautiful sunsets, restaurants and shopping within walking or biking distance. Michelle is a fantastic host, extremely responsive and helpful. The condo has everything you need for your stay from the beach toys to the kitchen items and incredibly clean! We can’t wait to visit again!

Long weekend at the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shiloh at Watersound. The proximity to the beach was great and we enjoyed riding our bikes to the Hub for lunch everyday. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was very nice and comfortable. We loved that the owner has beach toys, a wagon and bicycles that they make available for use. Everything we needed for a great time at the beach!

Beautiful Vacation Spot

Beautiful condo, beautiful location. Great view. Condo was clean, luxurious, very comfortable. 2 requests-a few extra trash bags & access to roku or smart tv in all bedrooms. 1 didn’t have it. And we had to sign in to our apps on roku. Not a problem. 1st time we’ve ever experienced this with a rental. Otherwise, shear perfection! Highly recommend.

Great Beach Condo

We had a great week staying at the Shiloh at Watersound. Everything you could ask for at a property to spend time with family. Bunk room for the kiddos stays on the warmer and louder side due to location of HVAC unit. Probably better for older kids. Otherwise, we absolutely loved the area with easy access to Big Chill and other 30A locations.
