RumFish Beach at TradeWinds
"We stayed here at the Rumfish for 4 nights recently during the World Series. There were some great things about the place. The beach was amazing. The fried green tomatoes from the restaurant were fantastic. The hotel was recently opened after the flooding from the hurricanes in ‘24 and you could tell. They still have some work to do. The rooms are dated, and have more of a motel type of feel to them. The place isn’t dirty but it isn’t clean either. The location is good. Right on the beach which again was fabulous. The people there are friendly however, I didn’t find the front desk staff to be overly helpful. Slow, made me feel more like a disruptive portion of their day than a customer. And I was just trying to buy soda. I don’t think I’d stay there again, as there are other options nearby that I found to be better. We moved hotels after the 4 days to find something a little more comfortable and clean. I’d give this a 3 out of 5 stars at best. If the price was right I might stay there, but go down the street one block north and you will find a place nearly half the price and a much better experience."

The Beachcomber
"Everything was great, some of the rooms were under going renovations during our stay. Good location close to everything and if you like live music Jimmy B's is the place to be. We recommend the Beachcomber."
