HOLIDAY PALMA APARTMENT 2
Excellent two-bedroom apartment (with tourist licence number TI / 170), simple but with everything you need, located in a building in the centre of Palma; Perfectly located in a lively area in the old town but with the tranquility of being on a street with hardly any traffic, they have views from the balcony and plenty of light due to the three large windows it has.
You will find a fully equipped kitchen (with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and washing machine) and a recently renovated bathroom with a shower. Then you will have two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds); In the living room-dining room they have several sofas and armchairs as well as a dining table; Television and free WIFI access.
The only small drawback of this apartment is that it is on the 2nd floor, a small effort will be required that will take you to a unique place in the city (VERY IMPORTANT NO LIFT!).
It is located in the heart of the fashionable neighbourhood of Sa Gerreria in Palma, a neighbourhood with lots of essence with all kinds of bars, restaurants, shops and urban art. You don't have to worry about noise or anything similar, as it is located on a very quiet street you can rest from the murmur generated by the cities and at the same time have all the amenities within walking distance. Located 250 metres from Plaça de Cort and Plaça Major and only 800 metres from Plaça d'Espanya where most public transport is centralised (Sóller Train, Airport Bus, Buses to all destinations on the island).

The apartment had a terrible moldy odor in the kitchen from a closet with cleaning supplies and a mop. there was automatic deodorizer that made the smell even worse. The management company sent someone over two days later and the smell was still there. We did not use the kitchen due to the smell. It made us all nauseous. The barroom had mold in several areas that could have been easily cleaned. The beds were comfortable.

Great location, lovely flat, excellent communication with the managers. Easy check-in process. Very accommodating owner who has happy for a late check out and for us to store our bags all day. Only minor issue was that the kitchen smelt quite badly of drains but we kept the kitchen door shut the whole time which contained it. Overall a lovely stay.

Ich möchte ausdrücklich die gute Kommunikation mit der Agentur priority villas loben, die Probleme, die während meines Aufenthaltes aufgetreten sind, hat sie nicht zu verantworten, hat aber zügig versucht, mir weiterzuhelfen. Für nichtspanische Gäste wäre es hilfreich, zu wissen, dass das 2. Schlafzimmer kein Fenster nach draußen hat, sondern nur 1 Fenster in einen lichtlosen Schacht.
