Disappointed this place is gross the rooms smelled like cigarettes and they were disgusting. It like a kids party hotel definitely not 4 star it’s like a two star. Rooms look nothing like the internet. Don’t go we could not even stay we checked right out

The purpose of my trip was rest and relaxation. The staff was really welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the pool and the pool bar was great. I also really enjoyed the convenience of the onsite restaurant. The food and drinks were delicious. I overall enjoyed my stay and will definitely keep in mind for my future visits to Palm Springs.

We had no pressure or hot water in the shower the staff told us to shower 2 rooms over instead of offering to change rooms. They finally had us change rooms after I insisted. Our key cards for the first room had to be reactivated at 2 separate times of the day. All the charging ports for our phone did not work in both rooms. For such a short stay there were a lot of problems. I’ve stayed at the V several times unfortunately this time was really disappointing.

For the price you pay it wasn't worth it. When I checked it staff left their supplies behind. When I left a sign out the door requesting for a clean up no one came to make the bed. Walls are thin we heard the neighbors television was on all night. On top of that people above us were stomping from 1 am to 3 am each night.
