Newly Decorated Two Story Condo in South Palm Springs with Private Pool & Spa!

INTERIOR
The bright and newly furnished condo features an open concept kitchen, living room and dining area. The Living room is perfect for relaxing, watching a movie or socializing with your family or friends. The dual sliders open into the backyard, allowing for indoor/outdoor dining experience. Enjoy watching a movie or favorite shows on the 55in. UHD OLED. The entry courtyard provides privacy, and the property features two car garage. The first floor features an entry, garage, laundry, half bath, kitchen, living room and dining table. The second story features two bedrooms with en-suite baths and two separate balconies overlooking the mountains.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The main bedroom features a king bed, ceiling fan, 40in TV with Roku, beautiful floor to ceiling windows with mountain views and a private balcony. The main bathroom features dual sinks, soaking tub and a shower. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, a 55in. UHD OLED Smart TV, private balcony, en suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom also known as TV room, features a 55in. UHD OLED and a nice section to relax.

A nice townhouse in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood.
The condo was very comfortable and well appointed for quests. Very tasteful decor, and a nice private plunge pool and spa. It was clean, comfortable, and close to both hiking trails and the southern part of the Palm Springs citywide bicycle loop trail. (I’m a cyclist, so a daily ride on a rental bike is a big factor in my vacation.) Just ten minutes to downtown restaurants and the E. Palm Canyon grocery and retail stores. This was one of the nicer rentals I’ve stayed in in PS.

The property exceeded expectations. The pictures do not do justice. Comfortable furniture. Very quiet setting. Property manager was responsive especially since it was the holiday! Book it you’ll be very happy.

Perfect getaway
A short stay that was made better with the spa tub and comfortable furnishings. Not wheelchair friendly but we had no problems negotiating the extra long staircase up to our bedrooms and tv room. The pool is in the shade so in the summer it will be a perfect place to hang out. Iveth our contact was great too!

The condo is very nice, and we were very happy with our stay. Condo was as described, clean, comfortable and in good order. The AC worked great for our hot Summer stay and the private pool was a great feature. The neighborhood is nice and the property management company was easy to deal with. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Well appointed and designed
This unit was easily accessible and just as shown in the photos. The pool area is very private and I felt safe alone while my husband golfed. Needed some assistance from Ashley at the property management company as she came through as promised. If we return, we will stay here again.

Very peaceful location
This place exceeded my expectations as the use of space and the interior design is impressive. Everything you need to b comfortable is there. The kitchen has everything you need if you like to stay in and cook your meals. The pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day of hiking. The location was perfect as everything we wanted to do was within a 3 to 13 minute drive. We are hikers so be that close to some of the most beautiful scenery on the Murray Canyon and the seven sisters falls was amazing. We definitely will return again.
