It started bad with an air conditioner that wouldn’t turn off, a broken lamp( bad plug) and direct tv nightmare. The staff did everything they could but it doesn’t fix loud arguments at 9 pm, doors slamming and loud motorcycles. Then the toilet refused to flush…. All of this balanced with a train across the street.

Enjoy our stay friendly staff. Family trip we brought our dog along they are pet friendly and the fee is only $15 per. love the sweet comfortable beds love it has a full kitchen and a back patio.

The lady that checked us in was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful and spacious. Checking out, on the other hand was was a headache. I payed the deposit $200 in cash. When I went to check out, the money wasn't there, so they blamed me and said I didn't pay it in the first place. I explained to them, the lady wouldn't give me my room keys until I came back with the cash for the deposit. They gave me my $ after one of the guys I was with went there and the raised hell! They said they had to give us someone else's deposit, which made no sense bc there are only 2 rooms that have a $200 deposit. All the rest are $100. If no one was in the other suite, how could they have used someone else's deposit? Most likely my deposit was placed in the wrong area/envelope!
