Set on a small quiet street, the yard is ideally situated for spectacular unobstructed south and west views of San Jacinto Mountains.
A complete renovation upgraded the entire house and pool/spa while respecting the integrity of the historic classic design. Polished concrete floors, an all new kitchen with new appliances, cabinets and lighting that offers gorgeous views and comfortable flow. New bathrooms with walk-in showers, dramatic lighting and elegant euro faucets and fixtures. Pool & Spa were also was entirely renovated for easy operation from your phone app, and the silky saltwater is easier on your skin and your health.
The house is perfectly situated. South facing in quiet, wind-free south Palm Springs on a large, corner lot with circular driveway. Mature palm, citrus and olive trees compliment a large, 8-foot hedge around the back making it completely private. The post-and-beam house has large clerestory windows framing the dramatic San Jacinto Mountains.

• a large great room with high, beamed ceiling, large stone fireplace, dramatic mountain and pool views. Period furniture including a double sofa, Danish chairs and a classic Eames dining room set. Fans of the 1967 Montreal Expo will enjoy the kitschy collection.
• 2012 full renovation means entirely new kitchen and baths with dramatic lighting, new german faucets, appliances, cabinets, etc.
• Additional amenities include cable TV - a 50' HDTV in living room and 40' HDTV in Master BR, wi-fi internet, Sony sound system, central air and heat, New gas BBQ, outdoor lighting, washer/dryer and personal welcome guest greeting and 24-hour support.
The house is located minutes from downtown Palm Springs and a variety of shopping, golfing, nightlife, restaurants, cultural events, outdoor activities, and attractions. It's walking distance from the ultra popular Ace Hotel for brunch, Koffi, (cool local coffeehouse hang-out) and the infamous Underground event space. Across the street from Koffi is the ever popular Elmer's restaurant.
Sheltered from the wind by the nearby San Jacinto mountains, this residence is your private desert oasis.
The spacious living room has a vaulted ceiling, large south facing windows with mountain views and a gas fireplace.
The fully equipped kitchen has all the cookware and tableware needed to prepare and serve a gourmet meal. New dishwasher, range, microwave and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and water filter. New gas grill just outside kitchen on large patio.
The dining room comfortably seats six with a view of the pool and southern mountains.
Pool Heating is recommended from late September to May, $75/night. Instead of that, Monthly guests pay actual Gas/Electricity usage.
"Pre-approved", well-behaved dogs are welcome. $150 Per Dog Fee, Max 2, Taxable. Sorry, no cats due to Owner's allergies.
The garage is not available for guest use, except to access the washer/dryer. There's ample off-street parking along the circular driveway and in front of the garage.
Renter must agree to provide gov’t photo ID, sign separate rental contact, and sign an acknowledgement of the strict Palm Springs City Rental Rules at check-in -- all if this is required for all vacation rentals by the City of Palm Springs. We had a pleasant stay at the home, cooking and relaxing. Swimming was great too, the water was very warm. Communication with the property was great. Wonderful time overall thank you 😊
We enjoyed our 2 1/2 week stay here. A modest size house that was perfect for 2 of us and even worked fine when we had another couple visit for 2 days. The house was clean, check in with the lock code was simple and efficient, and the house was outfitted with everything we needed. Twin Palms is a nice area and very convenient--a short walk to Koffi South and Elmer's and a quick drive to everything you need. Considering a return next year.

Perfect for 2 in a great location
The house is a good size for 2 people and for short visits from another couple. The pool and spa heaters work well and are easy to navigate with an app. The kitchen is fairly well outfitted for a rental, although the cooking knives need a good sharpening. The house was very clean, but it is showing signs of wear and tear in the kitchen and bathrooms. We love the Twin Palms neighborhood, which is great for a stroll and convenient to everything--hiking trails, restaurants, and downtown PS. We had very few issues and the rental company was alway very responsive (much more so than a competitor from which we rented in the past). This was our 2nd year renting this same house and we will probably rent it again.
