Exceptional experience in every way! Even better than advertised. I have stayed in roughly a dozen short-term rentals this decade. This was easily the best. The 4-BR house is gorgeous! The photos are accurate. It's right in the heart of Palm Springs on a quiet residential street, close to downtown and the airport. Everything worked perfectly. The beds were comfy. The back patio was scenic and peaceful. The kitchen is well-equipped. The communication with the host Nadya was exceptional throughout. She kindly granted us early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost. One caveat about fees: Know before you go! The listing is clear that there's a daily surcharge if you want to heat the pool and/or hot tub. What's less clear is the "additional guest fee." I was surprised we were charged 260 for that, hidden under "host fees." Not sure whether that gets triggered by 4 guests, like we had, or 3 guests. We inquired about it, but ultimately kept the booking because it was still great value for the total price. We're glad we did!
