Girls Weekend

House was well located, close to downtown Palm Springs, hiking, restaurants. Great back yard for spending time outdoors, neat and clean.

Was not provide a code to access home. A property manager was supposed to meet us when we arrived. Texted, called, and emailed manager multiple times as we traveled to the site. No response. On arrival no property manager on site and still no response. Called VRBO and was placed on hold for 3 hours and finally were told we were on our own to find a place

Relaxing in the desert!

We stayed at this lovely house last year. We loved it so much we had to come back with a few friends. The pool and a/c kept us cool in the desert heat. This place had almost everything we needed. Can't wait to stay again in the future!

Bachelorette Party

Funky was the perfect place to celebrate my friends bachelorette party! It was super cozy, clean, and had all the essentials needed for our stay. It was super easy to get a hold of the property manager and was accommodating to our needs. If you’re looking for a place to make some memories, book funky!

Starting out with the positive - the location was ideal for us and the house was absolutely adorable! The host did accommodate us for an early check in.However- after offering us an early check in, we did not hear from the host again for the remainder of our 3 night stay, despite multiple attempts to contact with questions regarding the pool (there was a storm during our stay and some significant tree debris fell into the pool- we were inquiring for directions as to how to remedy the issue- as no pool maintenance tools were accessable).Certain basic cooking supplies were missing from the kitchen, including adequate cutting boards and metal tongs.

Two weeks Palm Springs

Great house with three bedrooms all very comfortable. Kitchen very well equiped, roomy livingroom. Outdoor plenty of space and good sized swimming pool.

Amazing yard

Stayed for a week. The house was shiny clean, updated and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The best part of the property is the yard. Beautifully landscaped and maintained. We loved soaking up the sun, playing games and eating outside all week.

Good house made for a nice week

The team was great about communication. The house was as described, a little funky in some ways, but completely what we expected. Bedrooms, were cozy. The thing to watch for is the road (GA Trail) nearby can be a little noisy but if you expect it, it’s not an issue

Impeccably clean and up to date.

Had my reservations as property is close to raised highway but windows were totally soundproof. Close to markets and not far to Palm Springs center.

Great getaway house!

Loved staying at this house. We will be back in the future! Everything was easy to find and use. Kitchen is stocked well with spices, oils, and seasonings and even Tupperware for grilled left overs. Pool floats were provided. Loved the outdoor tv and outdoor/indoor speakers.

Great Vibes

Absolute hands down winner on this property. Extremely clean and check in process was easy. Met with Miguel the property manager who gave us an excellent walk through and details Of the house. House was very appointed with everything you need for your stay. Beds were awesome. Backyard was ideal and the decor off the charts. Highly recommend. Location was fine and actually helps to have easy access for day trips. Hope to stay again.

Excellent with some things

Property was great and comfortable! However the fridge really struggled to stay cold and the water was murky coming out of the bathroom sink and the water spout from the fridge.

This house had everything. In addition to the structural features, pool, yard even citrus trees, it was the most completely stocked home that I have ever stayed in. All the appliances that you can think off plus all the small things like seasoning and wraps that you need for comfort. Even the pool and lawn service came at very early hours so that they would not interfere with your daily plans.

Great house and pool!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything was easy to find and use. The pantry was stocked with spices, oils, seasonings. We used the provided pool floats. Loved having speakers inside and out to enjoy our curated playlists. Truly enjoyed the outdoor tv set up, watching our favorite shows under the stars. Neighborhood is very quiet, though the house is next to an onramp. We're used to noise of traffic so it didn't bother us. Would love to go back and stay again!

Fun in the Sun

The communication from this property manager was fantastic and the response time was also so expedient! Professional, caring and empathetic were all words that I could describe with a minor issue that came up at the property with the refrigerator. The property was found clean, kitchen and laundry and personal care items were well stocked! Its a fun place to stay for the weekend and is under 5 miles from all the fun in downtown palm springs! It's a quiet neighborhood and well kept and safe! No need to warm your pool up in the summertime, it's over 100 degrees out there and it was so refreshing! Loved this property and will most likely book again! Thank you for everything!

Cheerful house in Palm Springs

We really enjoyed this house. It’s very much like the pictures except maybe a bit smaller due to the wide-angle lens used. Very cheerful. Outside space has everything you need, including fruit trees! Miguel was on time and showed us everything we needed to know about the property. The kitchen is well stocked, and i really appreciate it when a rental has spices/oil/vinegar so that you dont have to buy everything. Two comments: -the bed in the MBR is extremely firm. Not a problem for me, but if you like soft beds this might not work. -the house is right off the Gene Autry down ramp. No noise, but you are a good 10 minutes to downtown. However, great grocery stores near by.

Girl’s family vacation

Nice house, roomy, good size pool, kitchen well stocked. The first issue the owner told us at check-in was we could not under no circumstance listen to music outside by the pool. If he received a noise complaint it would be a $500 fine. That is something that I think should have been mentioned in the listing. Second, the water in restroom sinks and showers was coming out milky white and we had to use water bottles all weekend. Then A homeless man came to the door and wanted to thank the homeowner for letting him use his pool all summer long and not calling the cops on him. When we let him know about all these issues he replied “ok thank you”

Disappointing stay

When making the reservation, we were told to work with the on-site property manager to arrange turning on the pool to be heated. That was not the property manager’s viewpoint. He said that the booking agents had to make the arrangements. Needless to say we ended up booking your place that had a pool that was freezing cold. We wanted a pool that we could enjoy that was heated That made this very disappointing. Stay. In addition, the bedrooms, leave much to be desired. One king size bed doesn’t fit properly in one of the rooms and it was almost impossible to access the bed The mirror in the bathroom was so damaged there are marks all over it. The third bedroom had a bed that was almost on the floor and for older people. It was very uncomfortable to get up on and off the bed.The amenities were nice, with a an outside TV to watch the Super Bowl on which was great and the TV inside is humongous most kitchen appliances were there except the icemaker didn’t work. It would’ve been nice if the lawn had been raked. Overall we loved Oalm springs and had an enjoyable weekend.

Beautiful home away form home but..

My girls friends and I enjoyed this rental it was a great location, house was clean, bright, well maintained. The backyard was spacious with a shower in the back the pool was a nice size everything was beautiful. The only part we didn’t enjoy was the No outside music allowed permitted. I had no Dora when I rented this hoise that we were not allowed to play outside music while in the pool. I didn’t recall on the listing that outside music wasn’t allowed. That was the only downfall.

Perfect Stay in Palm Springs

The house is as perfect as it looks, beautifully maintained, ultra clean and with an amazing pool and yard. We are serious cooks and the kitchen impressed us all - fully stocked with everything you can think of, plus great amenities like spices, oil, coffee filters. All the little things were taken care of. Check-in and communication all around was perfect, the best I've ever experienced. It honestly felt like a very generous friend was letting you stay at their place, every little detail was perfect and well thought out, even down to the streaming services available and the impressive and fun library. The owner has fantastic taste. Would 100% stay again.
