Sleeping 8 guests between the Main House and Casita, this pet-friendly desert retreat boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a secluded backyard with a pool and sitting spa, and proximity to exciting downtown adventures—only 6 minutes away!

Originally constructed in 1960 and thoughtfully updated, the Main House welcomes guests with a spa-like atmosphere. Bright white walls offer a stark contrast to the splashes of modern art found throughout the great room. In the living space, a roomy sectional and 2 armchairs surround a gas fireplace and Smart TV, inspiring guests to converge for lively conversation or viewing the latest Oscar-winning film. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with KitchenAid and Bosch appliances, plus a spacious center island that doubles as a 4-stool breakfast bar—perfect for planning the day over a caffeine fix from the Nespresso machine. To the side, a dining table for 12 sits beneath a glamorous chandelier, and enormous sliding glass doors open to the patio for poolside dining. Wander outside to enjoy an afternoon repose on the covered patio and relish the privacy afforded by the 20-foot hedges. The glistening pool features an integrated tanning shelf and sitting spa for indulgent days in the water. Best place to stay in Palm Springs

I love Palm Springs and visit often, but staying at Las Palmas was the best decision I've ever made and definitely made the weekend my favorite trip to Palm Springs yet. The house is gorgeous, the staff is SO nice and helpful, and overall everything just went so smoothly. I am already dreaming of my next trip back to stay at Las Palmas!

This house was more grand than the pictures manage to represent. It was a great place for family and friends to gather, cook, enjoy the pool, etc. The shelf in the pool was AWESOME for toddlers (and adults). The living room and dining room were open and huge. I highly recommend this house and the property manager was great to work with and excellent at communicating.

we found this property to be adequate; kitchen furnishings were basic, some lights didn't work, garage opener worked about 1/2 the time, laundry was in the garage, a bed in one of the guest rooms kept collapsing (just by being sat on) and was not repaired properly. on the plus side, house is spacious and well-located. Probably good for a family.
