For being a double tree I expected more rooms are no better than a motel a/c unit barely made a dent in the room and the beds for queen size it’s more of a twin size only thing good about the hotel is the view after that is not worth it in my opinion

Resort fees of $40/day are the highest I’ve ever seen. No refuting even though we are Hilton members, the golf course was closed and we don’t use the pool or workout room. They only will clean rooms every other day and didn’t say anything about that. Finally, the shower tub wouldn’t drain so you wade in standing water during the event. Too many other choices and will try a different resort next time.

Grounds r beautiful Food is uber expensive & quality needs improvement Most of the staff were great but a few issues made stay not so perfect. Rushing to catch a tour so hopped in shower & there was no soap/bath gel to be had! This is a resort with a resort fee? Complained & person at front desk was nice but stated that no one asks for full service redo blah blah All I wanted was a bar of soap! They did comply & no resort fee charged Hotel bar: served us an undrinkable margarita so sweet that we asked for an adjustment They did so & charged $9 a piece cuz they added an additional shot! BTW we twice had to interrupt her long chat with another table just to get her attention. They did adjust our bill after we complained. Bottom line: Improve ur food & perhaps a little customer service education is in order!

We had a great stay! Honestly the buzz killer was no room service after calling 2 different times in a 24hr period. Not a big deal just was hoping for a nice lazy hotel experience

Love that it is pet friendly. They hallway in the second floor smells really bad. I highly recommend the breakfast at the Polanco. It was delicious! We loved the pool was open till 10 pm.
