Kick back on the luxe sofa and watch your favorite TV shows and movies. Click on the fireplace for extra ambiance and take in views of the nearby mountains. When hunger strikes, take advantage of the well-appointed kitchen sparkling with stainless steel appliances. Pop open a bottle of wine and dine together at the table fit for six. The fun doesn’t end here. More relaxing and exciting perks await outside. Every inch of the backyard was intentionally crafted for your enjoyment. Take advantage of the pool and connecting pool spa. If the water’s not your thing, sunbathe on an orange chaise lounge. For those wanting to stay shaded, the pool umbrellas and covered patio will be your saving grace. The backyard includes a grill and an outdoor dining area so dining alfresco is a breeze. The garden on the side of the home is lovely and perfect for relaxing with a book or doing yoga. Gather around one of two outdoor firepits when the sun goes down. At night, rest your head in one of three bedrooms, each with its own unique color story. The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom and sliding doors that lead to the pool.
THINGS TO KNOW

- This vacation rental is kid-friendly, but please note it is not child or baby-proofed.
- The pool and spa are kept unheated but can be heated for a $72 per night fee. 72-hour advance notice and a three-night minimum are required.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Security camera details: This home has two active security cameras: one pointing to the entrance of the home and the other at the side of the home near the garbage.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 72 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
